Abstract

1,010,286. Paint rollers. CARROL & DENFIELD Ltd. July 8, 1964, No. 28067/64. Heading B2B. A paint roller comprises a head 1 connected to a first rigid arm 2 which is pivoted to a second rigid arm 4, the arms being further interconnected by rigid means 8, 9 pivoted to the arms at 7, 11 and to each other at 10. The head is preferably mounted in a flexible connecting sleeve 3 and the rigid members are preferably of aluminium alloy tubing. A weighted hand grip 6 may be provided and is detachable to permit extension of the arm 4 and at least one wing-nutted pivot is preferably provided to lock the members in place.
