A multiple circuit breaker comprises a plurality of individual circuit breaker units of the type described in Specifications 1,008,874 and 1,008,875 operated by a common dolly 9 and a common trip bar 12 pivotally mounted at 14 in the housing and arranged to be struck by the contact arm 3 of a tripped pole and thus to strike and release the latches 5 of the remaining poles.
