Abstract

Bottle made from recyclable materials other than glass FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a bottle made from recyclable materials other than glass.

The term "bottle", according to the present invention, encompasses all forms of containers having a cylindrical body ending at the top with a neck connected to the body by a transitional zone forming the shoulder.

STATE OF THE ART

Containers are known made of more economical materials than glass, formed of a rigid shell corresponding to the shape of a bottle and the cavity of which is occupied by a flexible, watertight pocket, receiving the liquid or, more generally, the fluid or pasty product, packaged in the bottle for example according to document US 4,256,231.

But, in general, these bottles, flasks or others are made from combinations of materials that are difficult to separate for recycling and therefore ultimately non-recyclable.

PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION

The present invention aims to develop a bottle composed of materials or materials other than glass, recyclable, easily separable, and usable like traditional bottles, in filling and packaging installations such as bottling lines, crates or bottle transport racks which facilitate recycling by the simple separation of the components of the bottle intended for different recycling.

DESCRIPTION AND ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION

For this purpose, the invention relates to a bottle made of recyclable materials other than glass, composed of a rigid shell receiving a flexible pocket delimiting the sealed volume of the bottle with a tip fixed to the shell and receiving a sealing means such as a stopper or capsule, characterized in that it comprises a bottle structure formed by a cylindrical sleeve whose upper end is terminated by a part shaped like a shoulder and a neck, externally receiving a sheath of fibers of natural origin fixed at least in the upper part and in the lower part to the bottle structure, a bottom of the bottle structure closed by a bottom embedded in the lower edge of the sleeve of the bottle structure and, a tip forming the neck terminated by the neck and to which is secured a flexible, sealed pocket, coming inside the bottle structure to receive the contents, and the tip being engaged in the neck formed by the structure.

In particular, the cylindrical body-shaped bottle structure is connected by an intermediate surface to the neck, the cylindrical body being formed by a cardboard tube,

- the tip consists of a molded part engaged in the neck of the bottle structure to which it is fixed,

And in particular the end of the sleeve has a notch cut-out releasing narrow strips to form the intermediate surface constituting the shoulder and the neck of the bottle structure.

The invention has the advantage of developing a bottle that is very simple to manufacture, suitable for all installed bottling lines. This allows the bottle according to the invention to be used like a glass bottle. The bottle is particularly easy to recycle thanks to the materials that compose it and the ease and simplicity of disassembling the bottle into its components to be recycled separately.

The bottle also has the advantage of ensuring good thermal insulation or, in other words, of regulating the temperature of the contents thanks to its cardboard structure.

The bottle being completely opaque, it avoids disturbances and alterations of the contents. Finally, recycling, as already mentioned, is done only on two channels, that of cardboard and that of plastic material.

The separation of the two components of the bottle for recycling is facilitated since the plastic cap is equipped with an extraction collar which allows the flexible bag with its cap and its plastic sleeve constituting the tip to be separated from the cardboard body. The tab is preferably integrated into the closing means of the plastic bag.

The bottle, according to the invention, is adaptable to multiple bottle shapes, of circular but also polygonal, square, rectangular, or even triangular section; the polygonal sections can have 5, 6 sides while retaining the appearance of an existing bottle or close to an existing one or even of an original bottle while recalling or suggesting existing shapes.

All this diversity of shapes is compatible with existing assembly lines processing glass bottles.

This multiplicity of forms does not in any way reduce the advantages of simplicity of manufacture, compatibility with existing installations and costs as well as recycling possibilities.

Particularly advantageous for manufacturing, use and recycling, the sheath is braided or knitted from natural fibers.

This sheath is in itself elastic or deformable, adapting to all possible shapes of the bottle structure with which it must be associated.

Advantageously, the lower end of the bottle structure coated with the sheath is closed by a cup-shaped bottom made of stamped cardboard.

This allows for a precise support surface for the bottle. Such a surface is important for the use of bottling lines as well as for all industrial operations to which the bottle may be exposed.

Generally, the cylindrical body formed by the sleeve is of circular, oval or polygonal section.

Characteristically, the slats of the crenellated edge of the end of the sleeve consist of a trapezoidal sector, the large base of which remains connected to the sleeve and the small base of which continues with a tongue whose width corresponds to a fraction of the periphery formed by the edge-to-edge junction of the slats constituting the neck.

The shape of the notches allows multiple shoulder and neck shapes to be created by simply tracing the notches forming the slats.

Advantageously for shaping the shoulder and neck, the junction between the lamella and the sleeve body is formed by a base fold line.

In particular, the junction between the small base of the sector of a strip and the tab is made by a folding line.

And also, the sector is provided with transverse folding lines facilitating the shaping of the sector constituting the shoulder of the bottle structure.

According to another interesting feature, the bottle structure is composed of the cylindrical sleeve forming a cylindrical body and a cap at the upper part, shaped as a shoulder and bottle neck and fixed to the body.

Alternatively, the tip is composed of an inner tube bordered at the bottom by a skirt delimiting a peripheral interval to overlap the upper edge of the neck of the bottle structure and be fixed there.

According to a particular form, the tip forms two internal necks associated with two flexible pockets, distinct and independently accessible and having distinct means of closure.

The tip forming a particular shape, the tip forming two necks has the advantage of allowing the bottle to be used to receive two liquids which must be supplied separately to then be used separately or even in certain combinations.

This “double bottle” retains all the advantages of the above bottles and characteristics because this double bottle fits into the outline of a usual bottle and can thus use the manufacturing and bottling lines of usual bottles, with the exception of the filling part which requires adaptation for filling each of the pockets with a liquid or more generally a separate fluid.

The present invention will be described hereinafter in more detail with the aid of embodiments of a bottle shown in the accompanying drawings in which:

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

By convention and to simplify the description, the vertical orientation is that of a standing bottle:

- the collar is at the upper end,

- the bottom is at the lower end.

The bottle rests on the bottom when standing upright.

According to the , the invention relates to a bottle 100 made of recyclable materials or materials other than glass. This bottle 100 is composed of a cylindrical sleeve 200 whose end 210 forming the upper end of the future bottle is deformed to produce the shoulder B and the neck C of the bottle by cutting out crenellations 11 releasing strips 2 which, by deformation by compression and joining edge to edge, constitute the shoulder B and the neck C of a bottle structure SB.

This bottle structure SB is then covered by a sheath 3 of natural fibers, that is to say natural fibers as they are or derived from natural fibers. The sheath 3 is impregnated with resin securing the assembly of the fibers and their attachment to the bottle structure. It can also be glued to the bottle structure SB. This assembly constitutes a bottle blank EB receiving a flexible bag 5 connected to an end piece 4 forming the neck G. This end piece 4 is fitted into the upper end of the shaped bottle structure SB and secured to it. The volume of the flexible bag 5 is substantially that of the cavity of the bottle structure SB.

The lower edge 32 of the sheath 3 is folded into the cavity around the lower edge 211 of the sleeve 200, thus constituting the rim of the bottle. The folded edge 32 is fixed to the structure SB by the impregnation resin or by gluing.

The bottom F of the blank EB is closed by a cup-shaped part 6, preferably made of stamped cardboard, engaged in the bottom F of the bottle structure SB with the hollow facing outwards. The rim is thus left clear to have a regular support crown, guaranteeing the stability of the upright bottle. This bottom forming a stable support is an essential condition for the compatibility of the bottle to pass through existing bottling lines, not requiring exceptional and costly means.

The bottle manufacturing process will be described below, using figures 2, 3.

According to the , from the cylindrical sleeve 200 made of cardboard or other recyclable material, of this type, cut from a tube and corresponding to the shape of the future bottle by its section and its height, notches 11 are cut in one 210 of its ends. The notches 11 leave strips 2 composed of a sector 21 of trapezoidal shape extended at its small base 212 by a tab 22. The strips 2 are joined at their base connecting them to the remainder of the strictly cylindrical sleeve 200 forming the body 1 of the bottle 100.

As an example and for usual bottle sections of the order of 10 cm, the number of slats 2 is 5 or 6.

These strips 2 remaining between the notches 11 in the end zone of the sleeve, have simple contours, delimited by the notches 11 cut in the shape of a point; they leave strips 2 adjoining at their origin on the sleeve. The strips 2 are compressed concentrically towards the axis ZZ of the sleeve to join edge to edge and form the upper circular edge 222 (pseudo circular) constituting the neck and imposing the shape of the shoulder B produced by the assembly of the trapezoidal sectors 21.

The slats 2 are thus assembled in a jointed manner edge to edge. The assembly of the tabs forms the neck part C while the sides of the trapezoidal sectors form the shoulder B of the bottle structure SB.

In the simplest case, the sides 213 of the trapezoidal sectors 21 are straight so that their assembly side by side forms a truncated cone. If the sides 213 are convex, the assembly of the sectors 21 forms a domed crown (or convex toric) from which the tabs 22 emerge.

Conversely, if the sides 213 are concave, the assembly of the sectors 21 is a concave toric surface from which the tongues 2 assembled edge to edge depart to form the cylindrical neck C.

The height of the sectors 21 defines the more or less compacted shape of the shoulder B of the bottle. To impose the precise shape of the shoulder B and the neck C, the junction of the strips 2 to the body 1 is underlined by a base line 12 of folding, more or less accentuated to favor the curvature of the sectors 21 relative to the body 1. In the same way, the junction between the end of the sectors 21 and the tabs 22 will be underlined by a transverse fold 221 re-entrant.

The rigidity of the sectors 21 can also be reduced by circular transverse folding lines 214. The bending of the tabs 22 to fit a neck-shaped section, with a smaller curvature than the initial one of the sleeve 200 in which the strips 2 are cut, is facilitated if the tabs 22 are weakened by one or more longitudinal folding lines 223, parallel to the axis ZZ.

The slots can be cut out advantageously using a punch.

The cutting line, i.e. the contour of the notches, is defined according to the curved surface to be made for the shoulder and the junction towards the neck. The shape of the shoulder and neck of the bottle will be obtained from the cut blank, by deformation by folding using the combination of a form and a counterform.

The deformation can be done hot using the form and the counterform equipped with heating means. This hot deformation makes it possible to soften the transition between the forms and generate a memory of the material avoiding any tearing phenomenon.

There shows the joining of the lamellae 2 to form the shoulder B and the neck C of the bottle structure SB. The lamellae 2 are tilted towards the axis ZZ of the sleeve to assemble them edge to edge. This state can be stabilized by temporary bonding to allow the installation of the fiber sheath 3 on the bottle structure SB and the impregnation and bonding to this structure. A bottle blank EB is obtained that is rigid to axial compression and radial compression, compatible with the forces to which a bottle is usually exposed during its service life ranging from filling and passage through a bottling line to the rest of the handling and transport.

The next step is to produce the complete bottle from this EB blank by combining it with the tip 4 and the flexible bag 5.

Generally, the sleeve 200 is a cylindrical sleeve, that is to say a cylindrical surface, for example, of circular section. But this section can also be of another shape, for example, with a closed curved directrix, oval or polygonal, regular or irregular, such as a square, a rectangle, a polygon with an even or odd number of sides, generally between three and six sides.

In the case of a polygonal sleeve, the notches 11 are cut taking into account the position of the edges for the shape of the facets of the shoulder B and that of the cylindrical neck C of circular section, ending with the neck.

An oval or polygonal cardboard sleeve is made like a cylindrical sleeve with a circular section, by rolling several layers of paper in a helical pattern, on a corresponding oval or polygonal section.

Sheath 3 is made of natural or naturally occurring fibers; it is a deformable tubular piece, braided or knitted. The fiber is, for example, a linen fiber.

The flexible, waterproof bag 5 is a plastic bag, neutral with respect to the liquid or fluid to be received; in the case of a bottle intended for a food product, the bag is of food quality.

The end piece 4 is a molded plastic part forming the neck G. In general, the neck G is designed to be closed by a sealing member such as a stopper or a capsule screwed onto the thread of the end piece or clipped on like a “crown” capsule.

The tip 4 can also have a double neck that fits into the circular outline of the circular tip. This double neck is then connected to two separate flexible pockets to hold two different liquids, whether complementary or not. The necks G have a separate closure member, for example, a stopper. However, the tip 4 can also be equipped with pouring spouts provided with a plug, thus facilitating the dosing of the liquids in the bottle. Alternatively, the tip 4 with a single or double neck can accommodate one or two pouring spouts.

In the case of two complementary liquids which only need to be mixed when used, the volume of the bags 5 will preferably be a function of the mixing ratio of the two liquids or fluids.

Alternatively, the two separate pockets can also be combined into a pocket 53 subdivided into two separate volumes 51, 52.

Figures 4A, 4B, 4C are very schematic axial half-sections of the main steps in producing the bottle 100 according to the invention.

According to the , a sleeve 200 is used cut to the appropriate length from a cylindrical tube, in particular a commercial one, for example made of rolled paper, with a diameter of the order of 7 to 10 centimeters. The sleeve is cut to the length necessary to obtain the bottle structure SB as will be described below. The upper end 210 of the cylindrical sleeve 200 is cut with crenellations 11 forming a body crowned with lamellae 2, which will be folded towards the axis ZZ to form the shoulder B and the neck C of the bottle or more precisely at this stage, of the bottle structure SB.

According to the , the bottle structure SB thus formed receives the sheath 3, the ends of which are folded into the neck C and into the rim to be fixed by gluing or by coating the sheath with a resin. In the case of gluing, the sheath 3 is glued not only at the ends, but also at various intermediate points.

According to the other variant, the sheath 3 is coated with a resin which reinforces it and fixes it over the entire surface of the SB bottle structure, thus forming a lightweight assembly which is very resistant to compression forces and has insulating properties.

In all cases, the sheath 3 is part of the bottle 100 and receives externally covering elements such as a body label, a back label and, where appropriate, a neck label. The sheath 3 must be integral with the structure of the bottle and not slide, even locally, relative to it when the bottle is held. This gives a bottle blank EB with its structure SB in itself already rigid by its shaping and completed by its combination with the sheath 3.

According to the , the SB bottle blank thus prepared then receives the end piece 4 integrally provided with the flexible bag 5. The end piece 4 is very schematically an internal tubular part 41 forming the inside of the neck and bordered by an external skirt 42, forming a peripheral gap 43 to overlap the upper edge 222 of the neck of the SB bottle structure, leaving a cylindrical part 44 forming the neck and its “ring” receiving a stopper 7a engaged in the tube 41, or a capsule 7b screwed onto the external thread of the end piece or clipped onto it.

The pocket 5 fixed to the tip 4 plunges freely inside the bottle structure SB.

The bottom F of the bottle 100 is constituted by a cup 6, preferably made of stamped cardboard, engaged in the rim of the bottle structure SB. The cup 6 is glued by its edge 62 to this structure with interposition, if necessary, of the lower edge 32 folded down from the sheath 3. The cup 6 is fixed in the bottle structure SB in an inverted position to complete the rim, its bottom 61 being turned towards the inside of the body 1.

There is a very schematic sectional view of an example of a tip 4 composed of a tubular sleeve, with a skirt forming a peripheral gap to overlap the upper edge 222 of the bottle structure SB. The interior of the tip carries the flexible pocket 5.

According to the , the first embodiment of the tip 4 is composed as described of a cylindrical tube 41 provided, in the lower part, with a skirt 42 forming a peripheral gap 43 for fitting the tip onto the upper edge of the neck C of the bottle blank EB for fixing by force or by gluing. The top of the tube 41 forms the ring of the neck G for receiving the stopper 7a or, alternatively, a screwed or crimped capsule 7b.

There is a schematic sectional view of a variant of tip 4a with twin necks G1, G2 forming two separate passages associated with two single pockets 51, 52 or with a double pocket 53 subdivided into two independent volumes, each associated with a respective neck G1, G2. These necks G1, G2 can each be provided with a separate pouring spout. The closure of the two necks G1, G2 is independent.

There is an exploded sectional view of another embodiment of a tip 4b. The tip 4b is composed of two parts:

- a base 45 in the form of a sleeve 451 provided with a collar 452 and a skirt 453 to be engaged or fixed in the neck G of the bottle structure SB, and

- a neck 46 engaged in the base 45 and receiving the stopper or the screwed or clipped capsule.

The base 45 has a clipping rib 454 and is connected to the pocket 5. The base 45 is preferably fixed to the EB bottle blank under manufacture to then be combined with a neck.

The entrance to the base 45 is preferably covered by a cover protecting the interior of the bag during all operations preceding filling and bottling.

The neck 46 has a shape complementary to that of the base 45 in order to be clipped therein. For this, the neck 46 has a body 461 provided with a clipping groove 462 and a raised lower edge 463 in order to hook under the lower edge of the base 45, the groove 462 clipping onto the rib 454.

The neck 46 has a threaded ring 464 receiving a stopper or capsule 7a,b.

The neck 46 can be personalized by the packager with a mark or an indication of the contents packaged in the bottle received from the manufacturer with the base 45 and the pocket 5 placed in the bottle blank EB.

According to a variant, the neck is made integrally with the stopper 7a,b and this assembly is forcibly engaged in the base 45 after the bottle has been filled so as to constitute a tamper-proof assembly.

The stopper physically connected to the neck is detached by a movement, for example, of rotation to cut the links with part 46.

There shows another embodiment of the SBA bottle structure according to the invention, composed of a body 1 in the form of a cylindrical sleeve, for example, of circular section, and a cap 13 in the upper part forming the shoulder B and the neck C. This cap 13 e, in the form of a straight or domed truncated cone, continues in a single piece with the neck. The assembly is, for example, made of molded cardboard or other recyclable material. The lower end 131 of the cap 13 is formed of a collar which engages and is fixed in the cylindrical part constituting the body 1.

The bottom of the SBA bottle structure is closed with a cup 6, for example, made of stamped cardboard, and fixed in the cylindrical body 1.

The pocket 5 is fixed inside the truncated part of the hat 13.

The SBA bottle structure assembly is thus dismantled by separating the cylindrical sleeve 1 and the cup 6 relative to the cap 13 to which the pocket 5 remains connected.

The SBA bottle structure receives a sheath 3 not shown which is glued or fixed by coating. The sheath 3 is a braided or knitted sheath made of natural fibers.

According to a variant of the bottle structure composed of the cylindrical body 1, the truncated cone-shaped cap 13 forming the shoulder B and the cylindrical neck C and a base F constituted by a stamped cup 6.

The body 1 and the cap 13 are assembled without the pocket which, in this case, is secured to a tip engaging in the upper part of the neck. This version is not shown.

In summary, the invention relates to a bottle made of recyclable materials other than glass, composed of a rigid shell receiving a flexible pocket delimiting the sealed volume of the bottle and a tip fixed to the shell and receiving a sealing means such as a stopper or capsule,

This bottle being characterized in that it comprises

(a) a bottle structure SB in the form of a cylindrical body 1 connected by an intermediate surface to a neck C, the cylindrical body 1 being formed by a cardboard tube, one end of which has a cut-out of notches 11 releasing strips 2 tightened to form the intermediate surface constituting the shoulder B and the neck C of the bottle structure SB,

b) a sheath 3 made of natural fibers covering the SB bottle structure to which it is attached,

c) a tip 4 consisting of a molded part, engaged in the neck of the bottle structure SB to which it is fixed,

d) a flexible pocket 5 of volume corresponding to the internal volume of the bottle structure and secured to the tip 4.

In this bottle, the bottle structure SB in the form of a cylindrical body 1 is connected by an intermediate surface to the neck C, the cylindrical body 1 being formed by a cardboard tube, the end piece 4 is constituted by a molded part engaged in the neck of the bottle structure SB to which it is fixed.

Furthermore, the end of the sleeve 210 of the sleeve 200 has a notch cut-out releasing strips 2 tightened to form the intermediate surface constituting the shoulder B and the neck C of the bottle structure SB.

In other words, the subject of the invention is a bottle made of recyclable materials other than glass, composed of a rigid shell receiving a flexible pocket delimiting the sealed volume of the bottle and a tip fixed to the shell and receiving a sealing means such as a stopper or capsule, comprising a bottle structure SB in the form of a cylindrical body 1 connected by an intermediate surface to a neck C, the cylindrical body 1 being formed by a cardboard tube, one end of which has a cut-out of notches 11 releasing strips 2 tightened to form the intermediate surface constituting the shoulder B and the neck C of the bottle structure SB,

b) a sheath 3 made of natural fibers covering the bottle structure (SB) to which it is attached,

c) a tip 4 consisting of a molded part, engaged in the neck of the bottle structure SB to which it is fixed,

d) a flexible pocket 5 of volume corresponding to the internal volume of the bottle structure and secured to the tip 4.

The invention also relates to a bottle made of recyclable materials other than glass, having a bottle structure SB formed of a cylindrical body 200, the top of which is terminated by a portion shaped like a shoulder B and a neck C, externally receiving a sheath 3 of fibers of natural origin, fixed at least in the upper part and in the lower part to the bottle structure SB, the underside of the bottle structure is closed by a bottom F embedded in the lower end of the sleeve 200 of the bottle structure, an end piece 3 forming the neck terminated C by the neck and to which is secured a flexible, sealed pocket 5, coming inside the bottle structure SB to receive the contents, the end piece 3 being engaged in the neck C formed by the structure SB.

According to the invention, the sheath 3 is braided or knitted from natural fibers.

In particular, the lower end of the SB bottle structure coated with the sheath 3 is closed by a cup-shaped bottom 6 made of stamped cardboard.

Furthermore, the cylindrical body 1 formed by the sleeve 200 is of circular, oval or polygonal section.

According to another variant, the slats 2 of the crenellated edge of the end 210 of the sleeve 200 consist of a sector 21 of trapezoidal shape, the large base 211 of which remains connected to the sleeve 200 and the small base 212 of which is continued by a tongue 22 of which the width corresponds to a fraction of the periphery formed by the edge-to-edge junction of the slats 2 constituting the neck C.

According to another characteristic, the junction between the strip 2 and the body 1 of the sleeve is formed by a base line 12, of folding.

According to another characteristic, the junction between the small base 212 of the sector 21 of a strip 2 and the tab 22 is made by a folding line 221.

In particular, the sector 21 is provided with transverse folding lines 221 facilitating the shaping of the sector constituting the shoulder B of the bottle structure SB.

Furthermore, the bottle structure SB is composed of the cylindrical sleeve 200 forming a cylindrical body 1 and a cap 13 in the upper part, shaped as a shoulder B and a neck C of the bottle and fixed to the body 1.

According to an assembly characteristic, the end piece 4 is composed of an inner tube 41 bordered at the bottom by a skirt 42 delimiting a peripheral interval 43 to overlap the upper edge 222 of the neck of the bottle structure SB and be fixed there.

According to another characteristic, the tip 2 forms two internal necks G1, G2 associated with two flexible pockets 51, 52, distinct and independently accessible and having distinct sealing means.

Claims (13)

Bottle made of recyclable materials other than glass, composed of a rigid shell receiving a flexible pocket delimiting the sealed volume of the bottle with a tip fixed to the shell and receiving a means of closure such as a stopper or capsule,
characterized in that it comprises
- a bottle structure (SB) formed of a cylindrical sleeve (200) whose upper end (210) is terminated by a part shaped like a shoulder (B) and a neck (C),
- externally receiving a sheath (3) of fibers of natural origin fixed at least in the upper part and in the lower part to the bottle structure (SB),
- a bottom of the bottle structure (CB) closed by a bottom (F) embedded in the lower edge (210) of the sleeve (200) of the bottle structure (SB), and,
- the tip (4) ending with the neck (G) is secured to a flexible, waterproof pocket (5), coming inside the bottle structure (SB) to receive the contents, and
- the tip (4) being engaged in the neck (C) formed by the structure (SB). Bottle according to claim 1,
characterized in that
the bottle structure (SB) in the form of a cylindrical body (1) is connected by an intermediate surface to the neck (C), the cylindrical body (1) being formed by a cardboard tube,
- the end piece (4) consists of a molded part engaged in the neck of the bottle structure (SB) to which it is fixed. Bottle according to claim 1 and 2,
characterized in that
the end (210) of the sleeve (200) has a notch cutout (11) releasing strips (2) tightened to form the intermediate surface constituting the shoulder (B) and the neck (C) of the bottle structure (SB). Bottle according to claim 1,
characterized in that
the sheath (3) is braided or knitted from natural fibers. Bottle according to claim 1,
characterized in that
the lower end of the bottle structure (SB) covered with the sheath (3) is closed by a cup-shaped bottom (6) made of stamped cardboard. Bottle according to claim 1,
characterized in that
the cylindrical body (1) formed by the sleeve (200) is of circular, oval or polygonal section. Bottle according to claim 3,
characterized in that
the slats (2) of the crenellated edge of the end (210) of the sleeve (200) consist of a sector (21) of trapezoidal shape, the large base (211) of which remains connected to the sleeve (200) and the small base (212) of which is continued by a tongue (22) of which the width corresponds to a fraction of the periphery formed by the edge-to-edge junction of the slats (2) constituting the neck (C). the tip (4) is composed of an inner tube (41) bordered at the bottom by a skirt (42) delimiting a peripheral interval (43) to overlap the upper edge (222) of the neck of the bottle structure (SB) and be fixed there. Bottle according to claim 10,

the tip (2) forms two internal necks (G1, G2) associated with two flexible pockets (51, 52), distinct and independently accessible and having distinct sealing means.
