Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un lot d’étiquettes tissées comprenant un identifiant unique « UID » lisible au moyen d’un capteur optique, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à :- obtenir une première liste (31) d’identifiants uniques, définissant une taille du lot de fabrication ;- effectuer une mise en carte du lot d’étiquettes à tisser ;- tisser les étiquettes ;- les découper au moyen d’une machine automatique de découpe et de contrôle ;- conditionner les étiquettes ; Selon l’invention, le procédé comprend, entre l’étape de découpe et l’étape de conditionnement, une étape de contrôle unitaire de l’identifiant unique, afin de vérifier la lisibilité de l’identifiant unique de chacune des étiquettes, et :- en cas de conformité du contrôle, l’étiquette est transférée automatiquement afin d’être conditionnée ; ou- en cas de non-conformité du contrôle, l’étiquette est écartée afin de ne pas être conditionnée.
