Abstract

The present invention is an electromagnetic device for overdensifying the static magnetic field of the inductor (Fig. 1), a compilation of permanent magnets in series or in series and in parallel, to overdensify the remanence of magnetized drinks in order to adequately strengthen the endogenous magnetic field of the consumer in order to allow his body to strengthen its magnetic resilience against attacks from harmful exogenous electromagnetic field waves (Fig. 8). This general health wellness product is characterized by having an electromagnetic battery (Fig. 1, a), a “lid-cap tray” (Fig. 1, b) and a wrist (Fig. 1, c, Fig.7.1) screwable fixed to the electrical compartment (Fig. 7.3). Due to its technological process of re-energizing and polarizing the magnetic field of the biological body via super-magnetized drinks (Fig. 8), this device has a double interest: the revitalization of the magnetic resilience of the biological body against the waves of electromagnetic fields and the revitalization of the nominal functioning of the various organ systems of the biological body for general health well-being. Description

Magnetic super-densification device against electromagnetic waves by super-densification of magnetized beverages

The present invention is an electromagnetic device for over-densifying the static magnetic field of an inductor (magnet or compilation of permanent magnets in series or in series and in parallel) to over-densify the remanence of magnetized drinks ( , , ) in order to strengthen the consumer's endogenous magnetic field and enable it to resist against waves from harmful exogenous electromagnetic fields ( ).

In its natural functioning, according to the electronic structure of certain atoms of its cells (brain, heart, muscles, ...), the human body produces electricity. During its circulation in the organism, as a charged particle, this electric current creates energy fields (electric, thermal and magnetic field) which contribute enormously to the proper functioning of the different organic systems.

Endogenous energy fields govern the nominal functioning of the organism; their significant disturbances by certain external elements, such as interference from waves of variable magnetic fields (exogenous electromagnetic fields of various origins) disrupt certain biological mechanisms to the detriment of general health well-being. These electromagnetic environmental pollutions prevent the organism from functioning according to its nominal parameters and thus weaken its adaptive capacities in the face of different disturbances; hence, general health malaise (holistic health).

Just as the magnetic needle of a compass points north on the influence of the Earth's static magnetic field, although weak, the magnetic field of the human body naturally polarizes on the influence of the Earth's magnetic field; and this, in favor of the proper functioning of the body, of general health well-being. In general, natural elements compose harmoniously between them in favor of vital energy.

Indeed, human spins (the small quantum magnets of atoms, quantum magnetic batteries) naturally polarize in the terrestrial magnetic direction and fluidify the kinetics of the different organic substances in favor of the optimal functioning of organic devices. The magnetic field resulting from these polarized spins produces a large endogenous magnetic field that acts as a magnetic shield ( ); it allows it to resist, by magnetic opposition, the attacks of these variable and random exogenous electromagnetic waves. Many modern devices produce disordered electromagnetic fields opposed to the Earth's magnetic field; their accumulation tends to depolarize and cancel the power of the magnetic field of the biological body. Hence the hypo-energetic effects and their consequences felt by an attacked biological body.

When an organic system is under-supplied with energy, it gradually malfunctions; depolarization de-fluidifies the kinetics of organic substances and leads to its underperformance to the detriment of general health well-being (holistic health).

By the principle of reversibility, the solution to this problem of aggressions of waves of exogenous electromagnetic fields is in the production of endogenous magnetic energy resistant to these aggressions; that is to say, creating a physical phenomenon which will be able to re-energize and adequately repolarize the weakened endogenous magnetic field in order to allow the organism to resist, by magnetic opposition, the exogenous aggressions and thus remove or cancel their negative consequences on the general health well-being.

This is the objective pursued by this electromagnetic device thus invented. The current context of the invention therefore consists in creating an innovative device which produces a strong inductive static magnetic power which can re-energize and repolarize the magnetic field of the biological body in order to obtain the inversion of the facts with respect to the interferences of exogenous artificial electromagnetic fields.

To achieve this objective, this electromagnetic device thus invented proceeds by the significant densification of the remanence of the magnetic field of magnetized drinks (water, fruit or vegetable juice, wines, etc.) to allow the re-energization and polarization of the magnetic field produced by the biological body in order to allow it to deploy its endogenous magnetic shield against electromagnetic pollution, the aggressions of surrounding electromagnetic waves above the tolerance thresholds and to remove or cancel their negative consequences ( ); a magneto-therapeutic physical phenomenon.

The magneto-therapeutic concept is not new in itself, it has already provided many commercial products on the health wellness market that are proven, but the electromagnetic (magneto-therapeutic) device thus invented is a new, more efficient technology that achieves the desired results, unlike existing devices according to the state of the art. The latter do not provide an adequate magnetic intensity required to sufficiently boost the endogenous magnetic field allowing it to deploy a desired biomagnetic shielding against electromagnetic aggression. Their lack of magnetic power prevents in particular from highlighting all the benefits of static magnetic effects on the biological body in favor of general health well-being.

Thanks to this new device thus invented it may be possible to adequately densify the endogenous remanence by the consumption of over-densified magnetized drinks; and this, via its innovative system of passing over-densified residual magnetic induction starting from the over-densifying inductor ( ) to the biological biological body ( ) which is its basic diagram. It is through this invention of over-densification of the magnetic flux of drinks that the unsuspected virtues of magnetotherapy can be expressed with evidence. The biological body has an exploitable magnetic predisposition due to its chemical composition full of magnetizable mineral elements like the iron of hemoglobin, ferritin, magnetite and other ferromagnetic, paramagnetic or diamagnetic elements like water whose quantity is more than half of the body weight. Scientific and technological progress has made the virtues of naturopathy become more and more rational and convincing; magnetic drinks are vectors that transport the residual magnetic energy in the biological body like nutrients to strengthen the biomagnetic density.

• documents mentioning the installation of magnetic devices inside or around a liquid container relating to the advantages associated with magnetized liquids for purposes other than those of the device thus invented such as descaling pipes, hygiene and the like;
• processes using a stack of magnets alone or coreless windings (solenoids) through which the electric current passes for other electromagnetic purposes, or both at the same time but with constant magnetic power and less significant in relation to the objective sought by the device thus invented; they exploit the principles of magnetism and electromagnetism with different processes leading to other purposes such as the modification of the chemical structures of fluids and others).

Overall, it should be noted that these various devices according to the prior art do indeed have some slight appearances similar to certain electromagnetic aspects of the device thus invented but they are very different from this new device in terms of technological process (schematic diagram, operating mode) and constituent elements.

Indeed, not pursuing the same final objective, these devices according to the prior art have different processes. The device thus invented has a technical process for magnetic overdensification of drinks for the purpose of biomagnetic shielding which is not exploited by any of the devices according to the prior art, namely: a system for passing overdensified residual magnetic induction starting from the electromagnetic inductor ( ) to the electrical and magnetic network of the biological body ( ), via the over-densification of beverages; a new technological process that allows the human body to be re-energized in order to boost its endogenous magnetic resilience (magnetic shield) for its general health well-being ( ) with the possibility of increasing inductive magnetic power by potentiometric adjustment ( , ).

When the magnetic field of an inductor is weak, its magnetic induction intensity is also weak as well as the remanence (the residual magnetic force) of the drinks to be magnetized; consequently, the expected magneto-therapeutic results are affected, they lose performance.

• The mascot symbolizing vital energy ( : 1, ) which is a screw cap that attaches to the electrical compartment ( ,3) which serves as a handle to open and close the container.

Functionally, this device thus invented exploits the physical properties of electromagnetism in an endogenous and exogenous environment to the biological body. Its operating mode consists of filling the drink to be super-magnetized in a container (carafe, pitcher, fountain, ...), according to the need in volume of drinks to be energized (water, fruit or vegetable juice, wines, ...) or in magnetic power in relation to the magnetic resilience; then to immerse the magnetic super-densifier in the drink ( ); as a mechanical densifier (compilation of permanent magnets in series, the device directly begins to densify the beverage permanently. It thus operates at the minimum of the installed magnetic power (compilation of permanent magnets). By activating the electrical circuit by the tensiometric switch ( ), the magnetic flux overdensification is activated to overdensify the remanence of the magnetized drink to be consumed. The indicator LED indicates whether the device is in mechanical or electrical mode or whether the power supply has discharged ( , 12].

This device thus invented, which is intended to be preventive or palliative, is not intended for therapeutic use in the conventional medical sense but in the naturopathic sense; a non-medicinal practice which allows the improvement of organic functioning for general health well-being (holistic health).

In terms of diversification, this device thus invented is available in several sub-products by interpolation or extrapolation according to the need for magnetic power of the inductor or volume of the drinks to be energized; by positioning the magnetic batteries in series ( , ) or in series and in parallel ( , ).

In terms of the innovative technological process which characterizes and distinguishes the device thus invented from the prior state of the art in magnetotherapy, this device uses an innovative technique of magnetic over-densification of the inductor, a process with successive double densification:

Claims (3)

Magnetic overdensification device against harmful electromagnetic waves by overdensification of magnetized drinks (Fig. 3) to strengthen the endogenous magnetic field of the consumer in order to enable him to resist against the waves of harmful exogenous electromagnetic fields and to benefit indirectly from all the benefits of static magnetic effects in the biological body (Fig. 8), characterized in that it comprises twomain structures(Fig. 1, a, b) and aaccessory element(Fig. 1, c) below:

• An electromagnetic stack (Fig. 1, a) consisting of the permanent magnets connected in series (Fig. 7.6), cylindrical cork spacers (Fig. 7.7), a plastic end cap (Fig. 7.5), a paper cylinder-envelope (Fig. 7.8) for aligning the compiled permanent magnets (Fig. 7.8), a mini-electrical grid and a glass tube-envelope (Fig. 7.9) to protect the electromagnetic circuit which clips onto the bottom of the “lid-cap tray” (Fig.1, b);
• A "lid-cap tray" (Fig. 1, b) consisting of an electrical compartment (Fig. 7.3) composed of a first compressible rubber cap which clips onto the glass tube (Fig. 7.9) and a second compressible cap which clips onto the container of the beverage to be magnetized (Fig. 3);
• A designated handle (Fig. 7, 1, Fig. 1) screwed fixed above the electrical compartment (Fig. 7,3) which is used to open and close the container of drinks to be magnetized (Fig. 3).

Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the mini-electrical network comprises a power supply (Fig. 6), button cells connected in series (Fig. 6,12), a potentiometric switch (Fig. 6,15) for adjusting the magnetic density in the drinks to be magnetized (Fig. 2) and the optional operation in mechanical or electromagnetic overdensification mode by switching on or off the electrical service, an indicator LED (Fig. 6,10) with its compensation resistor (Fig. 6,11) and a solenoid (Fig. 7, 4); Method of implementing the device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it consists of filling a container with a beverage to be magnetized (Fig. 3) then immersing the magnetic overdensification inductor (Fig. 1, Fig. 3, Fig. 5) therein and ending the operating mode by switching on the electrical power via the tensiometric switch (Fig. 6,15). The device operates at the minimum of its installed magnetic power before switching on the electrical power and at its maximum after switching on the electrical power at the maximum setting; its indicator LED indicates whether the device is in mechanical or electromagnetic mode or if the electrical power supply is off.
