Abstract

Système de dégivrage d’au moins un frigorifère (21, 22, 23, 24) d’une installation frigorifique, ledit système comportant : au moins une chambre froide (CF1, CF2, CF3, CF4) équipée d’au moins un frigorifère (21, 22, 23, 24) comportant au moins une batterie ;un bâtiment (1) d’implantation de ladite chambre froide (CF1, CF2, CF3, CF4) comportant un espace supérieur (60) directement sous la toiture du bâtiment (1) ; chaque frigorifère (21, 22, 23, 24) étant relié via un circuit hydraulique primaire à un groupe de production de froid constituant un réseau froid, et via un circuit hydraulique secondaire à un groupe de production de fluide caloporteur constituant un réseau chaud. Le circuit hydraulique secondaire de chaque frigorifère (21, 22, 23, 24) constituant le réseau chaud comporte un échangeur (31, 32, 33, 34) placé dans l’espace supérieur (60) du bâtiment (1) au-dessus dudit frigorifère (21, 22, 23, 24) et à proximité de la toiture dudit bâtiment (1).
