Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de préparation d’une composition de caoutchouc qui comprend une matrice élastomère qui comporte du caoutchouc naturel et un élastomère diénique synthétique, un agent de modification qui comprend un dipôle oxyde de nitrile et une fonction imidazole N-substituée, une charge renforçante qui comprend plus de 50% en masse d’une silice, un agent de couplage silane et un système de vulcanisation, lequel procédé comprend un malaxage préalable de la matrice élastomère seule avant de procéder aux étapes de malaxage dites non productive et productive. Le procédé permet un bon compromis entre les propriétés d’hystérèse, de rigidité et la quantité d’agent de modification.
