Abstract

Procédé d’assemblage d’un ensemble moyeu et roulement pour le montage à rotation d’un disque agricole sur un bras-support (2), ledit ensemble comportant :- un arbre (10) avec une zone de palier (17) d’arbre destinée à recevoir un roulement, - un roulement (20) double rangée comportant deux bagues intérieures (24, 26), une bague extérieure (28) et deux jeux d’éléments roulants (22), - un corps (30) présentant, d'une part, un logement pour recevoir le roulement (20) double rangée et, d'autre part, une collerette (36) radiale extérieure formant une bride pour recevoir un disque agricole, et - une entretoise (4) en appui sur une bague intérieure (26) et montée sur l’arbre par frettage, en étant précontrainte vers les bagues intérieures, le frettage garantissant que l’entretoise reste fixe sur sa zone de palier (17) tant que les efforts axiaux exercés sur l’entretoise (4) restent inférieurs à un effort prédéterminé.
