Abstract

Pixel d'affichage à diodes électroluminescentes pour écran d'affichage La présente description concerne un pixel d'affichage (12i,j) comprenant une diode électroluminescente (LED), un circuit de pilotage (40) de la diode électroluminescente et des premier, deuxième, troisième, et quatrième plots conducteurs (36). La diode électroluminescente est alimentée par une première tension (Vcc) reçue entre les premier et deuxième plots. Le circuit de pilotage commande la diode électroluminescente à partir de premier et deuxième signaux binaires (Comi, Dataj). Le premier signal (Comi) est reçu entre les troisième et deuxième plots et alterne entre une deuxième tension (Vdd), inférieure à la première tension, et une troisième tension (Gnd), inférieure à la deuxième tension. Le deuxième signal (Dataj) est reçu entre les quatrième et deuxième plots et alterne entre la deuxième tension (Vdd) et la troisième tension (Gnd). Le pixel d'affichage comprend un circuit (60) de fourniture d'une tension d'alimentation (Vdd) du circuit de pilotage, à partir des premier et deuxième signaux. Figure pour l'abrégé : Fig. 5
