Procédé de fabrication et stator de machine électrique tournante avec bobinage asymétrique Procédé de fabrication d’un stator (2) de machine électrique tournante (1), comportant les étapes suivantes : (a) fournir une masse statorique (25), la masse statorique (25) comportant des encoches (21) ménagées entre des dents (23), des conducteurs électriques (22) étant logés dans les encoches (21), au moins une partie des conducteurs électriques étant en forme d'épingle en U ou en I, comportant chacun des jambes intérieure (22e) et extérieure (22f), au moins une des jambes intérieure (22e) et extérieure (22f) des conducteurs électriques (22) se prolongeant hors des encoches par une portion de soudage, (b) décaler circonférentiellement les jambes extérieures (22f) des conducteurs électriques d’un demi pas dentaire par rapport aux jambes intérieures (22e), et (c) décaler radialement vers l’extérieur les jambes extérieures (22f) de certains conducteurs électriques, notamment les jambes extérieures des conducteurs électriques d’entrée et/ou de sortie de phase.
