Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de réalisation d’une page de données (10) pour livret passeport, formée par un complexe multicouches comportant une âme centrale (2) en matière plastique terminée sur un côté par au moins une bande métallique destinée à former une charnière (5) où la page de données (10) est destinée à être cousue ou agrafée dans un livret de passeport, et des couches externes (1, 3) en matière plastique disposées sur chaque face de ladite âme (2), ce procédé comportant des étapes consistant à : superposer l’âme centrale (2) et les couches externes (1,3) et les laminer ensemble en appliquant une température et une pression de lamination prédéterminées ;dégager la charnière métallique (5) en fragilisant et en enlevant une partie (14) en excès de chaque couche externe (1,3) située au droit de ladite au moins une bande métallique (5) ;caractérisé en ce pour enlever ladite partie en excès, il comporte une étape consistant à pratiquer une prédécoupe (6) dans chaque couche externe (1,3) de manière à obtenir une zone fragilisée (14) sur chaque couche externe (1,3), suivie par une étape d’enlèvement de ladite zone fragilisée (14) le long de ladite prédécoupe (6).
