Abstract
L’invention concerne un microscope optique (100) et un procédé de microscopie. Selon l’invention, le microscope comporte un module d’imagerie (200) comprenant un séparateur optique de faisceau (40), un premier système optique (41, 42, 43), une première caméra (51), un second système optique (44, 45, 46, 47) et une seconde caméra (52), le second système optique (44, 45, 46, 47) et la seconde caméra (52) étant configurés pour acquérir une image large vue, et le premier système optique (41, 42, 43) comportant un dispositif réflectif de balayage (42, 48) disposé dans un plan (72) conjugué optiquement avec le plan de Fourier (71) du microscope optique (100), un contrôleur (300) étant adapté pour orienter angulairement le dispositif réflectif de balayage (42, 48) de façon à ce que la première caméra (51) acquière au moins une première image (61, 62,…, 6N) d’une portion du champ objet de l’objectif de microscope (21, 22, 23).
