Abstract

Implant fémoral comportant des rainures dans les flancs antéro-postérieurs Partie fémorale de prothèse de hanche, constituée d'une quille d'ancrage, ou partie diaphysaire, d'une partie métaphysaire, ou partie supérieure, et d'une partie de tête, destinée à recevoir une rotule pour coopérer avec la pièce cotyloïdienne de la prothèse de hanche, la prothèse ayant un axe (9) neutre, des nervures antéro postérieure, ou AP, faisant saillie des flancs antérieur et/ou postérieur de la partie métaphysaire, en ayant des bords (12) d’extrémité qui s’étendent en faisant un angle par rapport à l'axe neutre, caractérisée en ce que les bords d’extrémité des nervures font un angle avec la perpendiculaire (13) à l’axe neutre, notamment compris entre 5° et 40°, encore plus préférablement entre 10° et 30°.
