Gilet (1) de confort convertible en sac et comprenant : Un panneau (2) dorsal ; Une paire de panneaux (5, 6) frontaux ; Un coussin (30) lombaire rembourré cousu sur le panneau (2) dorsal et s’étendant verticalement sous une ligne (24) médiane à mi-hauteur du panneau (2) dorsal ; Une paire de coussins (31, 32) dorsaux rembourrés cousus sur le panneau (2) dorsal et s’étendant verticalement de part et d’autre du coussin (30) lombaire à partir d’une ligne (36, 37) de couture supérieure décalée, par rapport au coussin (30) lombaire, vers le haut du panneau (2) dorsal, chaque coussin (31, 32) dorsal étant pourvu intérieurement d’un rembourrage le volume est en majorité situé sous la ligne (24) médiane à mi-hauteur du panneau (2) dorsal.
