Abstract
L’invention concerne un dispositif de caractérisation (1) des propriétés géométriques et/ou physiques d’un bain de corium (4) formé ou en cours de formation dans un réacteur nucléaire, lesdites propriétés étant variables dans le temps et/ou dans l’espace, ledit dispositif s’étendant selon une direction longitudinale (Z) et comprenant :- un inducteur (12) apte à appliquer un champ magnétique à l’ensemble du corium (4) à caractériser, ledit inducteur comprenant au moins deux bobines supérieures (12111, 12121), disposées au-dessus dudit corium, et au moins deux bobines inférieures (12112, 12122) disposées en dessous dudit corium ;- au moins un capteur (11) apte à mesurer une densité de flux magnétique, ledit au moins un capteur étant disposé à l’extérieur du corium (4) à caractériser. L’invention concerne également un système comprenant un dispositif de caractérisation (1) et un dispositif d’expérimentation comprenant un contenant (3) apte à contenir un corium (4) à caractériser dans le temps et/ou dans l’espace.
