Dispositif de gestion thermique (1) d’un véhicule automobile électrique ou hybride, comportant un circuit de fluide réfrigérant comportant :- une boucle principale (A) comportant un premier échangeur de chaleur (101), un premier dispositif de détente (5), un deuxième échangeur de chaleur (102), un deuxième dispositif de détente (7) et un troisième échangeur de chaleur (103),- une première branche de dérivation (A1),- une deuxième branche de dérivation (A2),- une troisième branche de dérivation (A3) comportant un quatrième échangeur de chaleur (104),- un premier système de redirection du fluide réfrigérant vers le compresseur (3) via la première branche de dérivation (A1) ou vers le deuxième dispositif de détente (7),- un deuxième système de redirection du fluide réfrigérant vers le deuxième échangeur de chaleur (102) via la deuxième branche de dérivation (A2) ou vers le premier dispositif de détente (5),- un troisième système de redirection du fluide réfrigérant vers le deuxième échangeur de chaleur (102) et/ou vers le quatrième échangeur de chaleur (104) via la troisième branche de dérivation (A3).
