Abstract
FILAMENT DE DEL A COURANT ALTERNATIF L’invention concerne un filament de DEL à courant alternatif comprenant un substrat (1), une diode de redressement (4), une DEL (5), et un bornier (2) disposé séparément aux deux extrémités du substrat (1). Le substrat (1) comporte deux lignes conductrices (3), chacune ayant les deux extrémités connectées à une alimentation externe par le biais d'au moins une diode de redressement (4). Les diodes de redressement (4) aux deux extrémités de la même ligne conductrice (3) sont configurées dans des directions opposées les unes aux autres, et les diodes de redressement (4) disposées sur le même bornier (2) et connectées à différentes lignes conductrices (3) sont configurées dans des directions opposées les unes aux autres.
