Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé d’activation d’une fonction véhicule (V) par un équipement portable d’utilisateur (P) communiquant en ultra large bande avec dispositif d’activation (D) embarqué sur le véhicule, l’activation de la fonction véhicule étant réalisée en fonction d’une position de l’équipement portable par rapport à une frontière (F) entre une zone intérieure (Z2) et une zone extérieure (Z1) du véhicule, l’invention proposant que l’on équipe le véhicule d’une antenne intérieure (A2), et d’une antenne extérieure (A1), d’un module d’émission/réception (ER1, ER2) puis que l’on détermine si l’équipement portable se trouve dans la zone intérieure ou dans la zone extérieure, en fonction du résultat de la comparaison entre un délai d’atténuation du retard de puissance des signaux ultra large band multi trajets reçus par chaque antenne selon le temps, déterminé pour une valeur seuil de puissance.
