Abstract
La présente invention se rapporte à une turbopompe (100) dimensionnée pour être utilisée dans une centrale hydro-électrique (Ct), comprenant, deux hélices (E1 et E2) montées coaxialement dans une tuyère (Ty), deux moteurs électriques (Mt1 et Mt2) d'entraînement à rotation respectivement des deux hélices (E1, E2), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un cylindre d'admission (Cla) de l'eau dans la tuyère (Ty), monté en amont de ladite tuyère en considérant le sens (F) d'écoulement de l'eau dans ladite tuyère, la paroi cylindrique du cylindre d'admission (Cla) étant perforée d'une pluralité de passages d'admission de l'eau vers ladite tuyère et en ce que les deux moteurs électriques (Mt1 et Mt2) sont montés dans le prolongement du cylindre d'admission (Cla) et à l'opposé de la tuyère (Ty). Avec une admission radiale et un organe d'entraînement à rotation des deux hélices contrarotatives, situé hors du flux de l'eau, on obtient une turbopompe performante par un plein passage sur les deux hélices contrarotatives et qui est relativement économique à fabriquer.
