Description

Device for the evacuation of male bodily fluids

The present invention relates to systems for the evacuation of bodily fluids in a male person, and more particularly to devices for the treatment of male urinary incontinence.

Such systems are described in the European patent EP2555659 of the present inventor. This system comprises a reservoir of cleaning or disinfection liquid, a shell serving as a urinal, and a urine collector. A first and a second tubular body respectively connect the reservoir to an inlet of the shell, and an outlet of the shell to the manifold.

This system gives satisfaction but remains perfectible. Additional means for holding the shell in place on the external genital organs of the user are, in fact, required. For this, a slip integrating an opening configured to receive the shell has been proposed. Alternatively, belts, harnesses and/or suitable clothing can also be considered. It is desirable to at least partially dispense with these additional means which are, for some users, cumbersome, inconvenient or even expensive. In addition, being made of a flexible material, the shell has no hold (flask) and flattens at the slightest pressure on its outer face. It therefore takes forms that hinder the evacuation of male urine and/or the cleaning of its interior.

There are also, for the treatment of male urinary incontinence, penis sheaths. These devices comprise, like a condom with a hole at its end, a sheath which is placed on the penis and a tip intended to be connected to a drainage tube through which the urine flows to a collector urine. Adhesive means are provided for attaching the penis sheath to the penis.

Nevertheless, these penis sheaths are not without drawbacks. They are for single use and must be changed at least once a day. Each time the sheath is removed, the penis must be washed to remove adhesive residue and/or urine. Additionally, prolonged use of adhesive may cause skin irritation, or trigger an allergic reaction. Moreover, fixing the case by adhesive may prove to be ineffective, in particular when the user perspires.

Furthermore, keeping the penis sheath in place on the penis can be difficult for various reasons, in particular in the case of a retracted or small penis, excess preputial skin, or hypermobility of the foreskin. In addition, the dimensions of the penis sheath must be carefully chosen to hold it in place on the penis without risk of urine leakage or, on the contrary, of strangulation of the urethra. The penis sheath is also subject to twisting which can lead to an accumulation of urine and compromise the hold of the sheath or the drainage of urine.

An object of the present invention is to remedy the aforementioned drawbacks.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a device for the evacuation of bodily fluids capable of being held in place on the male external genitalia and allowing permanent hygiene.

Another object of the present invention is to simplify and improve the comfort of systems for the treatment of male urinary incontinence.

To this end, it is proposed, firstly, an envelope for the evacuation of bodily fluids in a male person comprising a penile sleeve intended to receive the penis of said person, a pocket intended to receive the scrotum of said person , this pocket comprising a collar configured to retain the scrotum in the pocket.

Various additional features may be provided, alone or in combination:
- the pocket extends in a first direction, then in a second direction different from the first direction;
- the pocket comprises on its internal face a relief and/or a rib;
- the wall of the pocket comprises alternately concave and convex folds, these folds being annular or extending from an opening of the pocket to a predefined depth of the pocket;
- the penis sleeve comprises a free end, this penis sleeve comprising a flexible ring at its free end, this penis sleeve being of substantially cylindrical or conical shape;
- the penis sleeve comprises alternately concave and convex annular folds;
- the penis sleeve comprises an annular rib projecting from an internal face of the penis sleeve and/or an internal anti-reflux membrane;
- the envelope further comprises a sprinkler head disposed in an injection orifice of the envelope, this sprinkler head incorporating a flared part in contact with a front part of the envelope, this front part forming urinal pantry;
- The casing further comprises a support disposed in a discharge orifice of the casing, this support comprising a first arm in contact with a front part of the casing, this front part acting as a urinal.

It is proposed, secondly, a device for the evacuation of bodily fluids in a male person comprising
- the envelope presented above, this envelope comprising a rear part intended to be in contact with the skin around the male external genital organs of a male person;
- A double-sided adhesive tape intended to allow the attachment of the rear part to said skin.

Referring to Figures 1-3, there is shown an envelope 1 (a container or a shell) for the evacuation of bodily fluids, in particular urine, in a male person. This envelope 1 comprises an injection orifice 2 , an evacuation orifice 3 and a side wall 4 (an enveloping part or a membrane) which connects the injection orifice 2 and the evacuation orifice 3 . The side wall 4 extends between the injection orifice 2 and the discharge orifice 3 which are substantially opposite one another. The injection orifice 2 and the evacuation orifice 3 are, in fact, located at two opposite ends of the casing 1 . In FIGS. 1-3, the casing 1 is represented with the injection orifice 2 at the top, and the evacuation orifice 3 at the bottom.

The injection orifice 2 is intended to allow the injection into the envelope 1 of a cleaning and/or disinfection fluid. More generally, the injection orifice 2 comprises an opening or a nozzle for receiving cleaning or disinfection fluid. For this, this injection orifice 2 is, in one embodiment, configured to be connected permanently or temporarily, via a flexible tubular body, to a reservoir of cleaning fluid. The injection orifice 2 is, in another embodiment, provided with a stopper, a cock, or a valve capable of allowing and preventing the injection of a fluid into the casing 1 .

The discharge orifice 3 is intended to allow the discharge of a fluid (urine and/or cleaning or disinfection fluid) from the envelope 1 to any container provided for collecting this fluid. More generally, this discharge orifice 3 comprises an opening or a fluid discharge nozzle outside the casing 1 . In one embodiment, the evacuation orifice 3 is intended to be connected, via a tubular body or more generally a flexible conduit, to a urine collector. Preferably, the envelope 1 occupies a higher position with respect to that of the urine collector so that a liquid present in the envelope 1 can flow by gravity via the evacuation orifice 3 towards the collector. 'urine. In one embodiment, the discharge orifice 3 is provided with a non-return valve to prevent any return to the casing 1 of the evacuated liquid.

The side wall 4 comprises a rear part 41 intended to be in contact with the skin around the male external genitalia of a male person. This rear part 41 is configured to receive the male external genitalia. The rear part 41 is, in one embodiment, substantially planar. In another embodiment, the rear part 41 is curved towards the inside of the envelope 1 to adapt to the morphology of the surroundings of the male external genital organs.

The rear part 41 comprises a first opening 51 . This first opening 51 is substantially circular. A penis sleeve 5 extends between this first opening 51 and a distal opening. The first opening 51 is at the junction between the rear part 41 and the penis sleeve 5 . The distal opening is at the free end 52 of the penis sleeve 5 . The penis sleeve 5 has a fixed end linked to the rear part 41 at the level of the first opening 51 and a free end 52 . The penis sleeve 5 protrudes from the rear part 41 from the first opening 51 . The penis sleeve 5 is of substantially cylindrical or conical shape (of substantially circular section). The penis sleeve 5 is open at both ends.

The penis sleeve 5 is intended to receive the penis (or penis) of the male person using the envelope 1 . When in use, the penis sleeve 5 extends towards the inside of the envelope 1 , ie. its free end 52 emerges inside the casing 1 as shown in FIG. 1. In one embodiment, the longitudinal axis 53 of the penis sleeve 5 forms an acute angle with the plane of the part rear 41 (in accordance with the natural anatomical orientation of the penis). As illustrated by Figures 1, the longitudinal axis 53 of the penis sleeve 5 is, in one embodiment, inclined towards the evacuation orifice 3 .

The penis sleeve 5 is configured to cover the penis in a liquid-tight manner up to the urethral meatus (the external opening of the urethra located at the top of the penis). In other words, the penis sleeve 5 is a sheath which partially covers the penis from its base. The urethral meatus is not covered (or sealed) by the penis sleeve 5 . Thus, the urethra opens into the envelope 1 so that, when the user urinates, the urine is directly poured into the envelope 1 .

In one embodiment illustrated by Figure 4, the length of the penis sleeve 5 is adjustable. For this, the penis sleeve 5 comprises at least one accordion-shaped tubular section. In other words, the penis sleeve 5 comprises a plurality of annular folds (comparable to those of an accordion bellows). More generally, the penis sleeve 5 comprises annular pleats 55 that are alternately concave and convex. The penis sleeve 5 can thus be adjusted to the length of the penis. The penis sleeve 5 is also able to follow the variation in the length of the penis (at rest, partially erect, or erect).

Further, to achieve sealing contact with the penile shaft and/or to hold the penis sleeve 5 in place on the penis, the penis sleeve 5 comprises, in one embodiment, one or more annular ribs, and/or a or more annular grooves. These annular ribs project from an internal face or an external face of the penis sleeve 5 . The internal face of the penis sleeve 5 is that which is intended to be in contact with the penis, the external face being opposite the internal face.

As a variant or in combination, the penis sleeve 5 comprises at its free end 52 a flexible ring 54 (like that at the open end of a condom). This flexible ring 54 is intended to fix the free end 52 of the penis sleeve 5 to the penis. For a circumcised penis, the flexible ring 54 can be placed between the foreskin and the crown of the glans, ie. in the balano-preputial groove.

As a variant or in combination, the diameter of the penis sleeve 5 decreases going from the first opening 51 to its free end 52 . For example, the penis sleeve 5 ends at its free end 52 with a narrowing. In one embodiment illustrated by FIG. 5, the diameter of the penis sleeve 5 decreases substantially linearly going from the first opening 51 to its free end 52 so as to have a substantially conical shape. The user can advantageously shorten the penis sleeve 5 (by cutting on the side of the free end 52 ) so as to have a length of the penis sleeve 5 suitable for the length of his penis and a diameter at the free end 52 suitable for the circumference of his penis at the level of the glans, the crown of the glans or the foreskin. Thus, without leaving pressure marks on the penis, the structure of the penis sleeve 5 advantageously promotes its retention on the penis, even when it is retracted.

Advantageously, the flexible ring 54 , the internal ribs, the annular folds and/or the progressive narrowing of the diameter of the penis sleeve 5 also play an anti-reflux role and consequently make it possible to protect the skin of the penis covered by the sleeve. penile 5 , as well as to avoid leakage of liquid via the first opening 51 . As a variant or in combination, the penis sleeve 5 comprises at least one internal anti-reflux membrane (arranged on the internal face of the penis sleeve 5 ), such as an internal collar.

Of course, an adhesive (such as a particularly hypoallergenic skin glue) to be applied to the skin of the penis shaft and/or a self-adhesive penis sleeve 5 (ie provided on its internal face with a adhesive film) can also be considered.

The rear part 41 further comprises a second opening 61 . A pocket 6 (or a bag) intended to receive or accommodate the scrotum of the user of the envelope 1 extends from the second opening 61 to a bottom 62 , opposite the second opening 61 . Bottom 62 closes (or completes) pocket 6 at its free end. When the envelope 1 is in use, the pocket 6 extends towards the inside of the envelope 1 so that the bottom 62 is inside the envelope 1 .

As shown in Figures 1-2, 6-7 or 10, the pocket 6 is substantially pendular in shape, in accordance with the natural anatomical shape and orientation of the scrotum. In one embodiment, the pocket 6 extends along a first direction 63 , then along a second direction 64 different from the first direction 63 . As illustrated by Figures 1 and 6, the pocket 6 extends from the second opening 61 along the first direction 63 , then along the second direction 64 to the bottom 62 . This change in direction forms a rounded bend 67 in the extent of the pocket 6 . In one embodiment, each of the first and second directions 63 , 64 makes an acute angle with the plane of the rear portion 41 . The first and the second direction 63 , 64 are inclined towards the discharge orifice 3 . The second direction 64 is, in one embodiment, more inclined towards the discharge orifice than the first direction 63 .

In another embodiment, pouch 6 includes a neck 65 (a tapered portion of the pouch) configured to retain the scrotum within pouch 6 . This neck 65 connects (or extends) a body 66 of the pocket 6 as far as the second opening 61 . Body 66 and neck 65 are substantially cylindrical in shape with axis 64 and 63 respectively. Neck 65 extends in first direction 63 from second opening 61 to elbow 67 . The body 66 extends in the second direction 64 from the elbow 67 to the bottom 62 of the pocket 6 .

In one embodiment, the neck 65 comprises one or more annular or semi-annular constrictions allowing the scrotum to be retained in the pocket 6 . In another embodiment, the neck 65 , the body 66 or, in general, the pocket 6 comprise on their internal faces one or more reliefs and/or ribs (in particular, annular or semi-annular) in order to allow a better retention of the scrotum in the pouch 6 . The internal face of the pocket 6 is that which is intended to be in contact with the scrotum. Advantageously, the elbow 67 alone or in combination with the collar 65 form supports for the scrotum with the effect of improving the holding in place of the envelope 1 on the male external genital organs.

In one embodiment, the wall of pocket 6 comprises alternately concave and convex pleats 68 . When they extend between the second opening 61 to a predefined depth of the pocket 6 (for example, to mid-depth of the collar 65 , to the elbow 67 , to mid-depth of the body 66 , or to the bottom 62 ), these folds 68 allow air circulation in the pocket 6 when it is in use. In other words, the wall of the pocket 6 (the neck and/or the body 66 ) is corrugated so as to allow air to pass towards/from the inside of the pocket 6 , as illustrated by the figure 7. The pocket 6 accommodates and conforms to the shape of the scrotum in a way that is comfortable for the user, as well as adapting to the volume of the scrotum. The envelope 1 can thus be worn longer.

As a variant or in combination, the alternately concave and convex pleats 68 are annular over at least part of the pocket 6 so that its depth can be adapted to the dimensions of the user's scrotum.

In addition to its contribution to holding the envelope 1 in place, the pocket 6 constitutes a mechanical barrier which protects the scrotum from any leakage of urine. When it is housed in the pocket 6 , the scrotum remains outside the envelope 1 and therefore cannot be in contact either with the urine or with the cleaning and/or disinfection liquid.

Advantageously, the pocket 6 and the penis sleeve 5 together make it possible to effectively hold the envelope 1 in place on the male external genitalia.

The side wall 4 of the casing 1 further comprises a front part 42 facing the rear part 41 . This front part 42 is intended to serve as a urinal.

The front part 42 is curved (or curved) towards the outside of the casing 1 . The front part 42 has, in one embodiment, the shape of a half-ellipsoid. The major axis of the half-ellipsoid is substantially parallel to the direction linking the injection orifice 2 and the discharge orifice 3 . In another embodiment, the front part 42 has the outer shape of a half-ovoid (half-egg along its longitudinal axis). The axis of symmetry of the half-ovoid is substantially parallel to the direction linking the injection orifice 2 and the discharge orifice 3 . The widest end of the half-ovoid is on the side of the evacuation orifice 3 .

In one embodiment, the front portion 42 includes an air vent valve (not shown). This air vent valve allows air to be released, but is liquid tight. The air evacuation valve is located at the upper end of the front part 42 , in particular in the vicinity of the injection orifice 2 . A circulation of air can thus be established inside the envelope 1 making it possible to facilitate the movement of liquids in the envelope 1 , as well as to avoid problems of humidity (in particular, urinary) and/or bad smells. This results in more day-to-day comfort for the user.

The envelope 1 is made of a flexible (or elastic) material, such as latex. In one embodiment, the envelope 1 is made of latex by dipping. In another embodiment, the envelope 1 is made of silicone or polyurethane (PU).

The envelope 1 (in particular, the front part 42 or the side wall 4 ) is, in one embodiment, transparent or at least translucent. This provides visibility of the contents of the envelope 1 , facilitates its attachment to the male external genitalia, and allows the skin condition of these organs to be monitored.

In one embodiment, the envelope 1 is produced in a single step (for example, by dipping). In this case, the penis sleeve 5 and the pocket 6 extend, at the time of manufacture of the envelope 1 , outside the latter (as shown in Figure 2). As a variant, the penis sleeve 5 and/or the pocket 6 are grafted, in a second step, to the side wall 4 , respectively, at the level of the first opening 51 and the second opening 61 . Being flexible, the penis sleeve 5 and the pocket 6 are reversible in the sense that they can be deployed inside (Figure 1, 3 or 10) or outside (Figure 2) of the envelope 1 .

When the front part 42 of the casing is, given its material, flaccid (i.e. has no hold), the casing 1 is provided with a sprinkler head 7 (or a shower head) making it possible, among other things, to maintain this front part 42 in the position of a urinal (i.e. curved to act as a urinal and to avoid, in particular, that it flattens, crushes or plaice). This sprinkler head 7 is intended to be placed in the injection orifice 2 of the casing 1 .

The sprinkler head 7 comprises an end piece 71 for connection and a base 72 , facing said end piece 71 for connection. The base includes 73 drainage holes. When the sprinkler head 7 is placed in the injection orifice 2 of the casing 1 , its base 72 opens into the inside of the casing 1 .

The sprinkler head 7 comprises a flared part 74 intended to be in contact with the front part 42 . The sprinkler head 7 is flared at its base 72 . In the example of Figure 8, the sprinkler head 7 has a base 72 flared on its front face and its two side faces. Furthermore, the sprinkler head 7 comprises at its base 72 a substantially flat (or not flared) part. In this example, the rear face of the sprinkler head 7 is substantially flat. In another embodiment, the sprinkler head 7 has substantially the shape of a right-angled pyramid or that of a bell truncated (longitudinally) on one side (at the rear face of the sprinkler head 7 ) .

The flared part 74 of the sprinkler head 7 is intended to be in contact with the front part 42 in order to keep it in the urinal position. In one embodiment, the flared part 74 of the sprinkler head 7 is intended to match the shape of the front part 42 in the vicinity of the injection orifice 2 . As for the non-flared part of the sprinkler head 7 , it is intended to be in contact with the rear part 41 of the side wall 4 of the casing 1 .

The sprinkler head 7 advantageously makes it possible to improve the force and the range of the jet of the cleaning and/or disinfecting liquid, as well as to maintain the front part 42 in a curved position to better serve as a urinal. A distribution/projection of the cleaning water by the sprinkler head 7 in the envelope 1 makes it possible to quickly evacuate the urine, and to effectively clean the interior face of the envelope 1 .

In one embodiment, the sprinkler head 7 forms a single piece with the casing 1 or a separate piece. When it is separate from the casing 1 , the sprinkler head 7 is fixed to the injection orifice 2 of the casing 1 or is removably mounted in the casing 1 . The end piece 71 for connecting the sprinkler head 7 is, in one embodiment, provided with a collar, a ring and/or a flange allowing it to be fixed in the injection orifice 2 of the casing 1 . Thanks to its dimensions and/or its flexibility, the sprinkler head 7 is, in one embodiment, capable of being introduced into the envelope 1 via the penis sleeve 5 , via the injection orifice 2 , and/ or the exhaust port 3 .

The sprinkler head 7 is more rigid than the front part 42 of the side wall 4 of the envelope. When the sprinkler head is made of the same material as the front part 42 , the flared part 74 of the sprinkler head 7 is thicker than the front part 42 .

In another embodiment, the casing 1 is also provided with a support 8 (an armature or a structure) intended to help maintain the front part 42 in the urinal position (curved position).

Referring to FIG. 9, this support 8 comprises a drainage nozzle 80 configured to be placed in the evacuation orifice 3 . Arms 81 - 83 (i.e. supports or rods) extend from the drain nozzle 80 in different directions inside the casing 1 . By resting on the end piece 80 for drainage, the arms 81 - 83 are intended to be in contact with the side wall 4 of the casing 1 in order to resist, at least in part or within certain limits, (or avoid in certain limits) the flattening of the envelope 1 . At least a first arm 81 is intended to be in contact with the front part 42 acting as a urinal.

Each of the arms 81 - 83 is, in one embodiment, flexible (not rigid) and has a restoring force (spring effect) so that it is able to return to its initial position as soon as a predefined external force ceases to act. be applied to it.

In one embodiment, a second and a third arm 82 , 83 and the end piece 80 for drainage are included in substantially the same first plane. The first arm 81 and the end piece 80 for drainage are comprised of a second plane substantially perpendicular to said first plane. When the support 8 is placed in the evacuation orifice 3 , the first plane is substantially that of the rear part 41 of the side wall 4 of the casing 1 .

In one embodiment, support 8 forms a single piece with envelope 1 . The support 8 is, for example, a reinforcement of the wall of the envelope 1 . The arms 81 - 83 are, for example, ribs. The drainage tip 80 has, for example, a thickness greater than the thickness of the side wall 4 of the casing 1 .

Advantageously, the support 8 and the side wall 4 of the envelope 1 together form a funnel to collect and facilitate the flow of liquids from the envelope 1 . The arms 81 - 83 of the support 8 are, in one embodiment, smooth in order to avoid projections or retention in the pocket 6 of droplets.

In combination with the sprinkler head 7 , the support 8 makes it possible to reinforce the maintenance in the urinal position of the front part 42 (a curved position facilitating cleaning and the evacuation of fluids from the envelope 1 ).

In another embodiment, the support 8 is intended to be placed in the envelope 1 in place of the sprinkler head 7 . In this case, the end piece 80 for drainage is adapted to be placed in the injection orifice 2 and the first arm 81 is configured to be in contact with the front part 42 acting as a urinal. Like the flared part 74 of the sprinkler head 7 , the first arm 81 keeps the front part 42 in the urinal position.

To wear the envelope 1 , a male person introduces his penis into the penile sleeve 5 and his scrotum into the pocket 6 simultaneously or successively. The user puts on the penis sleeve 5 so that the free end of his penis opens into the envelope 1 (the urethral meatus not being covered). An at least partially transparent envelope 1 makes it easier to put on. Being elastic, a slight traction of the pocket 6 makes it possible to introduce and accommodate the scrotum therein. As described above, the penis sleeve 5 and the pocket 6 are flexible and adjustable to the male external genitalia.

Of course, several envelopes of different dimensions (in particular, the length of the penile sleeve 5 , the diameter of the first opening 51 , and/or the dimensions of the pocket 6 ) can be envisaged to suit the morphology of the male external genitalia. more people.

Additional means for holding the casing 1 in place can also be envisaged, such as underpants or shorts comprising an opening intended to receive the front part 42 of the casing 1 .

In one embodiment illustrated by Figure 11, a double-sided adhesive strip 9 is provided to fix the rear part 41 of the envelope 1 to the user's skin around his male external genitalia (penis and scrotum). . This double-sided adhesive strip 9 is flexible. The double-sided adhesive tape 9 is supplied with a peelable protective film 91 on each of these two adhesive faces (for reasons of clarity, only one protective film 91 is displayed in FIG. 11). The protective film 91 includes an extension 92 relative to the double-sided adhesive tape 9 (i.e. relative to the width and/or the length of the double-sided adhesive tape) in order to facilitate its manual removal.

The user removes the protective film 91 on a first adhesive face of the double-sided adhesive strip 9 and fixes it (or, poses it) via this first adhesive face to his pubic skin around the root (or the base) of his penis and/or around his scrotum. In one embodiment, the user attaches the double-sided adhesive strip 9 to his pubic or pelvic skin. In the presence of hairs in the pubic (or pelvic) region where the double-sided adhesive tape 9 is fixed, it is preferable to shave them. In one embodiment, the double-sided adhesive strip 9 is attached to the pubic skin (i.e. that around the male external genitalia) of the user so as to completely or partially surround the root of his penis. or the root of his scrotum.

The user then removes the protective film on the second adhesive side of the double-sided adhesive tape 9 and fixes it, via this second adhesive side around the first opening 51 (when this double-sided adhesive tape 9 surrounds the root of his penis) or around the second opening 6 1 (when this double-sided adhesive strip 9 surrounds the root of his scrotum) after having put on the envelope 1 . More generally, the user fixes the envelope 1 , via its rear part 41 , to said second adhesive face.

Alternatively, the user can start by attaching the double-sided adhesive tape around the first opening 51 or around the second opening 61 or, more generally, to the rear part 41 , then to their pubic (or pelvic) skin. (respectively, around the root of his penis or around the root of his scrotum) after putting on the envelope 1 .

Advantageously, this double-sided adhesive strip 9 makes it possible to further reinforce the holding in place of the envelope 1 on the male external genital organs. This additional fixing by means of the double-sided adhesive tape 9 can, for example, be adopted for the practice of a sport.

Starting from a double-sided adhesive strip 9 arranged in a roll or in a sufficiently long strip, the user can advantageously use a portion of suitable length to be fixed to his pubic skin and surround the root of his penis and /or the root of his scrotum. In one embodiment, the double-sided adhesive tape 9 comprises transverse pre-cut lines facilitating and guiding the user for cutting the double-sided adhesive tape 9 . These pre-cut lines are lines of weakening or thinning of the material of the double-sided adhesive tape 9 .

When the user urinates, the flow is hermetically managed. The penis pours urine through the urethral meatus into the envelope 1 . This urine is conducted by the side wall 4 (in particular, the front part 42 ) towards the evacuation orifice 3 which directs it, via a tubing system, towards a collector configured to collect body fluids.

For washing, the wearer of the envelope 1 injects via the injection orifice 2 a cleaning and/or disinfection liquid. This liquid is, in one embodiment, injected from a reservoir provided with a manual pump. In the presence of the sprinkler head 7 , the liquid is distributed inside the casing 1 , the front part 42 of which is held in the urinal position. This results in effective washing of the inside of the envelope 1 as well as of the uncovered end of the penis (avoiding the deposition of post-micturition residue on the end of the penis). The path of this liquid to the urine collector is identical to that of urine.

To remove/remove the envelope, simply remove the penis from the penis sleeve 5 and the scrotum from the pocket 6 . By being flexible and reversible, the penis sleeve 5 and the pocket 6 facilitate the removal of the envelope 1 by pulling it towards the front of the user.

The envelope 1 intended to equip males, in particular those with urinary incontinence problems, has several advantages. This envelope 1 is capable of being held in place on the male external genital organs, even when the penis is retracted (in particular, in the elderly). Indeed, the envelope 1 incorporates in itself sockets for attachment to the male external genitalia via the pocket 6 and/or the penis sleeve 5 . This advantageously offers the user freedom of movement and peace of mind as to the stability of the envelope 1 , allowing him to go about his business. Furthermore, to permanently act as a urinal, the casing 1 is provided with a sprinkler head 7 and/or a support 8 making it possible to maintain its front part 42 constantly curved (i.e. in the urinal position).

Although the envelope 1 for the evacuation of bodily fluids is described above with respect to embodiments and variants, those skilled in the art will understand that these embodiments and variants are not limiting and can be combined between them and/or with any other equivalent embodiment.

Claims (10)

Envelope ( 1 ) for the evacuation of bodily fluids in a male person comprising a penile sleeve ( 5 ) intended to receive the penis of said person, a pocket ( 6 ) intended to receive the scrotum of said person, this envelope ( 1 ) being characterized in that the pocket ( 6 ) comprises a collar ( 65 ) configured to retain the scrotum in the pocket ( 6 ). Envelope ( 1 ) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the pocket ( 6 ) extends along a first direction ( 63 ), then along a second direction ( 64 ) different from the first direction ( 63 ). Envelope ( 1 ) according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the pocket ( 6 ) comprises on its internal face a relief and/or a rib. Envelope ( 1 ) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the wall of the pocket ( 6 ) comprises alternately concave and convex pleats ( 68 ), these pleats ( 68 ) being annular or extending from a opening of the pocket ( 6 ) to a predefined depth of the pocket ( 6 ). Envelope ( 1 ) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized e in that the penis sleeve ( 5 ) comprises a free end ( 52 ), this penis sleeve ( 5 ) comprising a ring ( 54 ) flexible at its free end ( 52 ), this penis sleeve ( 5 ) being of substantially cylindrical or conical shape. Envelope ( 1 ) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the penis sleeve ( 5 ) comprises alternately concave and convex annular pleats ( 55 ). Envelope ( 1 ) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the penis sleeve ( 5 ) comprises an annular rib projecting from an internal face of the penis sleeve ( 5 ) and/or an internal membrane anti -reflux. Envelope ( 1 ) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it further comprises a sprinkler head ( 7 ) placed in an injection orifice of the envelope ( 1 ), this head watering can ( 7 ) incorporating a flared part ( 74 ) in contact with a front part ( 42 ) of the casing ( 1 ), this front part ( 42 ) acting as a urinal. Envelope ( 1 ) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it further comprises a support ( 8 ) placed in an evacuation orifice ( 3 ) of the envelope ( 1 ), this support ( 8 ) comprising a first arm ( 81 ) in contact with a front part ( 42 ) of the casing ( 1 ), this front part ( 42 ) acting as a urinal.
