L’adaptateur (22) comporte une première partie (32) avec l’entrée de liquide (24), une première zone de sortie et une seconde zone de sortie, la première partie (32) dirigeant le liquide de l’entrée (24) vers la première zone de sortie (36) et la seconde zone de sortie (38), une seconde partie (33) comportant la première sortie (24), et une troisième partie (34) fermant la seconde zone de sortie (38) et comportant la seconde sortie de liquide (28).
