Abstract
Dispositif de surveillance (200) d’un dépôt de sous-produits de réaction au refoulement (7) d’une pompe à vide (1 ; 100) caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend - un débitmètre thermique (20) comprenant une première sonde de température placée à un emplacement amont dans la direction d’écoulement des gaz au refoulement (7), une deuxième sonde de température placée à un emplacement aval, un élément chauffant interposé entre les sondes de température, un substrat isolant entre eux les sondes de température et l’élément chauffant et - une unité de traitement (22) configurée pour réaliser une mesure par le débitmètre thermique (20) afin de déterminer la présence d’un dépôt de sous-produits de réaction au refoulement (7) en fonction de l’écart entre le débit mesuré par le débitmètre thermique (20) et une valeur estimée du débit de gaz pompé par la pompe à vide (1 ; 100).
