Abstract

L'invention porte sur un ensemble (10) pour véhicule automobile comportant: - un premier brancard longitudinal (13.1), - un deuxième brancard longitudinal (13.2), - une traverse (12) reliée mécaniquement au premier brancard et au deuxième brancard, - un groupe motopropulseur (11) monté sur la traverse (12) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une cale élastique (15), caractérisé en ce que ledit ensemble (10) comporte en outre un limiteur de débattement (19) comportant un corps (20) et un patin amortisseur (21), - le corps (20) étant solidaire du groupe motopropulseur (11), - le patin amortisseur (21) étant fixé sur le corps (20) ou sur la traverse (12), de sorte que le patin amortisseur (21) est comprimé entre le corps (20) et la traverse (12) lors d'un basculement exceptionnel du groupe motopropulseur (11) engendré par un couple appliqué au groupe motopropulseur (11) supérieur à un seuil limite d'une plage de couple correspondant à un fonctionnement normal du groupe motopropulseur (11).
