Abstract

Dispositif de maintien de pièces composites ou préformes fibreuses pour contrôle par tomographie aux rayons X Un dispositif de maintien (100) pour la tomographie aux rayons X d’une pièce en matériau composite ou d’une préforme fibreuse (20) comprenand : - une platine (110) définissant un plan de référence s’étendant suivant une direction horizontale (DH), la platine comportant une face interne (111) destinée à coopérer avec un plateau mobile (10) d’un tomographe et une face externe (112), - un cadre de maintien en position (120) fixé à une position déterminée sur la surface externe (112) de la platine (110), le cadre s’étendant suivant une direction verticale (DV) à partir de la surface externe de la platine, ledit cadre délimitant une fenêtre d’acquisition (125), - des première et deuxième demi-coquilles en mousse rigide (130, 140) maintenues l’une contre l’autre par des moyens de fixation amovible (150) coopérant avec le cadre (120), les demi-coquilles comportant sur leur face en regard une empreinte (131, 141) correspondant à la géométrie d’une pièce en matériau composite ou d’une préforme fibreuse à contrôler, la ou les empreintes étant présentes dans la fenêtre d’acquisition (125) délimitée par le cadre.
