Abstract
Dispositif pour fixer les contentions articulaires à la peau. L’invention concerne un dispositif d’interface cutanée permettant d’améliorer l’efficacité des contentions articulaires souples ou rigides en les collant à la peau. Il est constitué de bandes collantes cutanées (1) placées en regard de l’articulation sur lesquelles sont fixés des Velcros ou adhésifs double face (2) du côté non collant des bandes (3). L’autre partie du Velcro (5) étant fixé à la contention afin de solidariser les deux éléments. Le dispositif selon l’invention est particulièrement destiné à améliorer l’efficacité des contentions articulaires souples et rigides. Les bandes utilisées sont de différentes longueurs et largeurs, elles sont en tissu et ajustables sur l’articulation. Elles sont constituées d’une partie collante qui adhère à la peau de l’articulation et d’une partie non collante sur laquelle est fixée un Velcro «marque déposée» mâle ou crochet permettant d’agripper un Velcro femelle, velours fixé sur la contention articulaire. Le Velcro peut être remplacé par un adhésif double face qui colle la contention sur la bande. Ce dispositif permet une meilleure stabilité de l’articulation grâce aux récepteurs cutanés ainsi stimulés.The present invention overcomes this problem while improving the effectiveness of restraints.
