Titre : Dispositif de régulation thermique pour un composant électrique Dispositif de régulation thermique (1) pour un composant électrique ou électronique (3, 31) dont la température doit être régulée, ledit composant électrique ou électronique (3, 31) étant susceptible de dégager de la chaleur lors de son fonctionnement, le dispositif de régulation thermique (1) comportant un boîtier (27) configuré pour loger le composant électrique ou électronique (3, 31), un circuit (43) et un dispositif de projection (45) d’un fluide diélectrique dont la température de changement de phase est telle qu’il est apte à être vaporisé au contact du composant électrique ou électronique (3, 31), le boîtier (27) comportant au moins une paroi de condensation (5) du fluide diélectrique sous sa forme vaporisée et dont une face externe (7) et/ou une face interne (9) comporte au moins des reliefs (11) configurés pour favoriser la condensation du fluide diélectrique à l’état vaporisé.
