Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de diagnostic d’un système de couplage à crabots d’une boîte de vitesses d’un véhicule, le système de couplage comportant au moins un crabot mobile et un crabot fixe complémentaires, un actionneur piloté de passage de rapport pour déplacer axialement le crabot mobile par rapport au crabot fixe entre une position désengagée et une position engagée avec le crabot fixe, un contrôleur pilotant l’actionneur, le contrôleur comportant une mémoire, deux capteurs reliés au contrôleur dont un premier capteur de position apte à fournir la position de l’actionneur, et un deuxième capteur de position apte à fournir la position axiale du crabot mobile. Le procédé comportant les étapes suivantes : détection d’une fenêtre temporelle pour réaliser le diagnostic, pilotage de l’actionneur et mémorisation des positions fournies par les deux capteurs de position, élaboration d’un bilan de diagnostic à partir des positions mémorisées.
