Abstract
Système d’étanchéité connecté pour bâtiments et équipements L’invention concernent un système d’étanchéité (200) pour bâtiment (20) configuré pour assurer l’étanchéité d’au moins une ouverture (30) vers l’extérieur d’un bâtiment (20) relativement à au moins un fluide, de préférence de l’eau, ladite ouverture (30) étant prise parmi au moins une porte (31), une fenêtre (32), un garage et une porte-fenêtre, ledit système (200) comprenant au moins : - Un dispositif d’étanchéité (10) - Un actionneur (210) configuré pour permettre au moins le passage du dispositif d’étanchéité (10) depuis la configuration ouverte vers la configuration fermée ; - Un capteur (220, 221, 222) configuré pour mesurer au moins une donnée ; - Un module d’alerte (230) configuré pour évaluer au moins une situation d’urgence ; - Un module de commande (240) configuré pour transmettre à l’actionneur (210) au moins une instruction de fermeture du dispositif d’étanchéité (10) par exemple en cas d’intempérie en cours ou imminente.
