Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de réalisation d’un panneau (1) de protection acoustique pour véhicule automobile, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : disposer dans la cuve (2) une coque (5) moulée à base d’une première mousse élastiquement compressible : dont la face d’endroit épouse la forme de la paroi interne de ladite cuve ; présentant une bande périphérique prenant appui contre la paroi interne dudit couvercle une fois fermé de manière à définir un joint périphérique d’étanchéité (6) ; présentant une porosité supérieure à 0,7 ; injecter entre ladite coque et le couvercle (3) un mélange précurseur d’une deuxième mousse élastiquement compressible, de manière à réaliser un bloc (7) de découplage acoustique surmoulant la face d’envers de ladite coque, ledit bloc étant délimité par la périphérie interne (8) dudit joint formant obstacle au passage de ladite deuxième mousse.
