Abstract

APPAREIL ELECTRIQUE DESTINE A ETABLIR OU INTERROMPRE LE COURANT DANS UN CIRCUIT ELECTRIQUE. La présente invention concerne un appareil électrique comportant au moins deux paires de contacts fixes (1 à 8), et associée à chaque paire de contacts fixes, un pont P de deux contacts mobiles (9,13) apte à être déplacé entre une première position dans laquelle il relie électriquement ces deux contacts fixes, et une seconde position dans laquelle la circulation du courant entre ces deux contacts fixes est interrompue, ces ponts P de contact mobiles étant montés dans un porte-contacts (14) permettant le déplacement de tous les ponts de contacts mobiles en même temps. Cet appareil est caractérisé en ce que la distance d’ouverture entre d’une part, les contacts fixes de neutre (1,5), et d’autre part, les contacts mobiles de neutre (9,13), est inférieure à la distance d’ouverture entre les contacts fixes de la ou chacune des phases (2,3,4,6,7,8) et les contacts mobiles correspondants de respectivement la ou chacune des phases, de telle manière que lorsque deux contacts respectivement fixe et mobile d’une ligne de phase sont soudés lors de l’ouverture du contacteur, les deux contacts mobiles de neutre (9,13) restent fermés afin que le neutre reste passant, même dans le cas d’une mise en travers du porte-contacts (14) consécutive à la soudure de ces deux contacts respectivement fixe et mobile de phase.
