[Joint d’étanchéité (1) de vitre, notamment de vitre mobile pour un véhicule automobile, comportant un élément d’aspect (10) et un élément d’étanchéité (20), l’élément d’aspect étant destiné à venir en prise avec un châssis (30), notamment un châssis de porte, par l’intermédiaire d’un moyen de fixation (11), l’élément d’aspect (10) comportant une enveloppe (12) recouvrant ledit moyen de fixation, l’élément d’étanchéité (20) comprenant une lèvre (21) souple destinée à venir localement en appui contre la vitre, caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend un moyen d’indexage (22) de la lèvre sur ledit moyen de fixation (11), ledit moyen d’indexage (22) étant du type d’un profilé réalisé dans un matériau de rigidité supérieure à celle de la lèvre, la lèvre et ledit moyen d’indexage étant réalisés par une même étape d’extrusion de sorte qu’ils ne forment qu’une ensemble réalisé d’un seul tenant rapporté et soudée à l’élément d’aspect (10).
