Guide de coupe tibial pour réséquer un tibia d’un patient pour la pose d’une prothèse de genou Ce guide de coupe tibial (2) comprend une face arrière (3) destinée à prendre appui contre une face antéro-médiale d’un tibia ; une face avant (4) opposée à la face arrière (3) ; une paire d’orifices de positionnement (6) comportant chacun une première extrémité débouchant dans la face avant (4) et une deuxième extrémité débouchant dans la face arrière (3), les orifices de positionnement (6) étant parallèles l’un à l’autre et étant configurés pour être traversés par des broches de positionnement destinées à être fixées dans le tibia de manière à stabiliser le guide de coupe tibial (2) par rapport au tibia, les axes longitudinaux des orifices de positionnement (6) définissant un plan de référence ; et une première fente de guidage (12) et une deuxième fente de guidage (13) configurées pour guider un outil de coupe respectivement selon un premier plan de coupe et un deuxième plan de coupe, les première et deuxième fentes de guidage (12, 13) étant sensiblement parallèles au plan de référence et étant équidistantes du plan de référence.
