Abstract
La présente invention concerne une composition aqueuse comprenant au moins un alkyl polyglucoside et au moins un matériau fibreux, et un matériau isolant comprenant au moins un alkyl polyglucoside et au moins un matériau fibreux, caractérisé en ce que ledit matériau isolant à une densité comprise entre 30 et 70 kg/m3. La présente invention concerne également un procédé d’isolation tel qu’un procédé de projection humide ou un procédé de flocage, par projection de la composition aqueuse selon la présente invention sur un support. Avantageusement, la composition aqueuse selon l’invention ou floc permet d’obtenir un matériau isolant plus aéré ,alvéolaire c’est-à-dire possédant une masse volumique moindre, permettant une sécurité d’accroche sur toute surface horizontale ou verticale, offrant une facilité d’application accrue et une reproductibilité rendant le procédé d’isolation selon l’invention à la fois performant et économiquement viable au regard des techniques conventionnelles de projection de fibres isolantes.The present invention relates to an aqueous composition comprising at least one alkyl polyglucoside and at least one fibrous material, and an insulating material comprising at least one alkyl polyglucoside and at least one fibrous material, characterized in that said insulating material has a density of between 30 and 70 kg/m3. Advantageously, the aqueous composition according to the invention or floc makes it possible to obtain a more airy, alveolar insulating material, that is to say having a lower density, allowing secure grip on any horizontal or vertical surface, offering a increased ease of application and reproducibility making the insulation method according to the invention both effective and economically viable with regard to conventional techniques of spraying insulating fibers.
