Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de montage d’un connecteur femelle de puissance à lame (308) de contact précontrainte. Le connecteur femelle comporte au moins un contact femelle (301a) et un boîtier. Le boîtier comporte une alvéole pour loger le contact femelle (301a). Le contact femelle (301a) comprend au moins une lame (308) de contact dont l’extrémité libre (309) repose de manière précontrainte sur un rebord (302d) venu de matière avec le boîtier. Au moins l’un des éléments choisis parmi le rebord (302d) et l’extrémité libre (309) de la lame (308) comporte un chanfrein (317, 318).
