Abstract

Convoyeur à bande et son système d’étanchéité perfectionné Convoyeur (100) à bande, pour le transport de produits en vrac ou de charges isolées, comprenant un châssis (10), un ensemble transporteur (20), et un dispositif d’entraînement (30) motorisé, l’ensemble transporteur comportant une pluralité de palettes transversales (23) couplées à au moins une chaine entraînée par un pignon moteur du dispositif d’entraînement et sur lesquelles une bande transporteuse (22) souple est fixée, ledit convoyeur comportant au niveau de chaque bord latéral de l’ensemble transporteur : une sole de glissement (24) placée au-dessus des extrémités d’une partie des palettes transversales et au-dessous de la bande transporteuse, un bloc d’étanchéité (25) fixé à une paroi latérale (11) du convoyeur et appuyant la bande transporteuse contre ladite sole de glissement, et un soufflet (26) le long du contour latéral de la bande transporteuse. figure pour l’abrégé : figure 4
