Abstract

Aube ou Pale d'hélice composite pour aéronef intégrant une pièce de conformation Une aube comprend un renfort fibreux (200) présentant un tissage tridimensionnel densifié par une matrice, le renfort fibreux (200) comprenant en une seule pièce tissée une partie de pied (212) et une partie de profil aérodynamique (211) s’étendant suivant une direction longitudinale (DL) entre la partie de pied et une portion de sommet d’aube (211d) et suivant une direction transversale (DT) entre une portion de bord d’attaque (211a) et une portion de bord de fuite (211b). La partie de profil aérodynamique (211) comporte des première et deuxième faces d’extrados et d’intrados (211e, 211f). Le renfort fibreux comporte une déliaison (103) formant un logement (206) à l’intérieur du renfort fibreux, une pièce de conformation (50) étant présente dans le logement. La déliaison (103) s’étend sur une zone de déliaison à l’intérieur de la partie de profil aérodynamique (211) du renfort fibreux (200) comprise entre la partie de pied (212) et la portion de sommet d’aube (211d) dans la direction longitudinale et entre la portion de bord d’attaque (211a) et la portion de bord de fuite (211b) dans la direction transversale, la déliaison (103) débouchant en outre à l’extérieur de la partie de profil aérodynamique du renfort fibreux.
