Abstract

L’invention concerne un système de commerce électronique comprenant : - au moins une plateforme de commerce électronique pour la consultation des articles et la préparation d'une commande à partir d'un ordinateur relié au serveur de ladite plateforme par un réseau informatique, - au moins un équipement de mise à disposition d'une commande, constitué par au moins une enceinte comprenant plusieurs compartiments fermés chacun par un volet d’accès pour permettre le retrait et/ou l'introduction des articles dans ledit compartiment, - le système comportant en outre un serveur centralisé comportant des moyens pour la génération d'un code d’accès associé au compartiment dans lequel les articles d'une commande sont déposés, pour la transmission sécurisée dudit code à l'usager qui a passé ladite commande sous forme d'une notification électronique et des moyens pour permettre audit usager de présenter ledit code pour activer le déverrouillage du volet d’accès audit compartiment pour le retrait des articles correspondant à la commande, caractérisé en ce qu’une partie au moins desdits compartiments présente une première zone refroidie (112, 122, 192, 183) et une seconde zone à température ambiante (111, 121, 131, …), les deux zones étant protégées par un volet d’accès commun commandé par un moyen de verrouillage et déverrouillage unique activable par ledit code d’accès.The invention relates to an electronic commerce system comprising: - at least one electronic commerce platform for consulting articles and preparing an order from a computer connected to the server of said platform by a computer network, - at the at least one piece of equipment for making an order available, consisting of at least one enclosure comprising several compartments each closed by an access flap to allow the removal and/or introduction of the articles into said compartment, - the system comprising in in addition to a centralized server comprising means for generating an access code associated with the compartment in which the items of an order are deposited, for the secure transmission of said code to the user who has placed said order in the form of an electronic notification and means to allow said user to present said code to activate the unlocking of the access flap to said compartment for removal has articles corresponding to the order, characterized in that at least part of said compartments has a first cooled zone (112, 122, 192, 183) and a second zone at ambient temperature (111, 121, 131, etc.), the two zones being protected by a common access flap controlled by a unique locking and unlocking means activatable by said access code.
