Abstract

Appareil hydraulique à percussions équipé d’un dispositif d’étanchéité Cet appareil hydraulique à percussions (2) comprend un corps de guidage (3) ; un piston de frappe (6) monté coulissant à l’intérieur du corps de guidage ; un dispositif d’étanchéité (12) monté dans une rainure de retenue annulaire (5) prévue sur le corps de guidage de manière à réaliser une étanchéité entre un premier passage de fluide (7) et un deuxième passage de fluide (8). Le dispositif d’étanchéité (12) comprend une bague d’étanchéité interne (13) comprenant une portion d’étanchéité interne (14) pourvue d’une lèvre d’étanchéité (15) coopérant de manière étanche avec le piston de frappe (6), une portion de protection annulaire (17) délimitée intérieurement par une surface de protection convergente (18) convergeant vers la lèvre d’étanchéité (15), une gorge annulaire (22) disposée entre la lèvre d’étanchéité (15) et la surface de protection convergente (18), et un canal d’équilibrage (25) comprenant une première et une deuxième extrémités débouchant respectivement dans la gorge annulaire (22) et dans une surface extérieure de la portion de protection annulaire (17).
