Abstract
Un tamis moléculaire de type Y modifié, un catalyseur de craquage catalytique le comprenant, leur préparation et leur application sont divulgués, dans lequel le tamis moléculaire de type Y modifié présente une teneur en terre rare d’environ 4 à 11 % en poids sur la base d’oxyde de terre rare, une teneur en sodium d’au plus environ 0,7 % en poids sur la base d’oxyde de sodium, une teneur en zinc d’environ 0,5 à 5 % en poids sur la base d’oxyde de zinc, une teneur en phosphore d’environ 0,05 à 20 % en poids sur la base du pentoxyde de phosphore, un rapport silice-alumine structurel d’environ 7 à 14 calculé sur la base du rapport molaire SiO2/Al2O3, un pourcentage de teneur en aluminium structurel par rapport à la teneur en aluminium total aux plus environ 10 %, et un pourcentage du volume de pores de pores secondaires présentant une taille de pore de 2 à 100 nm par rapport au volume total de pores d’environ 15 à 30 %. Le tamis moléculaire de type Y modifié présente une cristallinité élevée, une structure comprenant des pores secondaires, et une stabilité thermique et hydrothermal élevée ; le tamis moléculaire de type Y modifié et le catalyseur de craquage catalytique comprenant celui-ci indique une efficacité de conversion de LCO hydrogénée plus élevée, une sélectivité moindre pour le coke, un rendement plus élevé en essence, et un rendement total plus élevé en éthylène et en propylène, lorsqu’il est utilisé dans le craquage catalytique d’huiles de cycle légères hydrogénées (LCO).
