Abstract
L'invention concerne notamment un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce en matériau composite, comprenant au moins : - la formation d'une préforme fibreuse imprégnée par une suspension, la suspension comprenant un milieu liquide comprenant un phosphate d'aluminium présentant un rapport atomique Al/P inférieur à 1, et des particules céramiques présentes dans le milieu liquide, et - le traitement thermique de la préforme fibreuse imprégnée à une température comprise entre 350°C et 1050°C afin de former, dans la porosité de la préforme fibreuse, une matrice liant les fibres de la préforme et comprenant du métaphosphate d'aluminium Al(PO3)3 cristallin.
