Le procédé d'observation comprend : - une étape de calcul de premières données d'observation prédites (46) pour une première zone d'intérêt (50, 51, 64) en fonction de deuxièmes données d'observation (18) acquises par un deuxième satellite d'observation (8) en orbite stationnaire pour la première zone d'intérêt (50, 51, 64) et/ou de premières données d'observation (16) acquises par le premier satellite d'observation (6) pour des premières zones d'observation (10) situées à proximité de la première zone d'intérêt (50, 51, 64), et de données d'observations de référence préalablement enregistrées dans une base de données ; et/ou - une étape de calcul de deuxièmes données d'observation prédites (48), pour une deuxième zone d'intérêt (55) en fonction de premières données d'observation (16) acquises par le premier satellite d'observation (6) en orbite défilante et des données d'observations de référence (40).
