Abstract
Ce matériel comprend : -un implant (2) intervertébral formant deux parties superposées (10, 11) d'appui contre les vertèbres, séparées l'une de l'autre et mobiles l'une par rapport à l'autre entre une position de rapprochement et une position d'écartement ; et - un organe de distraction (3), apte à être engagé de manière forcée entre ces parties superposées (10, 11).
