Abstract
Selon ce procédé, - on fabrique une ébauche (11) en plastique comprenant au moins un orifice (15) s'étendant entre des faces opposées de l'ébauche (11), - on positionne une piste chauffante (12) sur une première face (16) de l'ébauche (11), de façon à faire passer une partie de connexion (18c) de la piste (12), au droit de l'orifice (15), - on positionne, à travers l'orifice (15), un organe de connexion (14) comprenant une extrémité (19) en forme de patte recourbée en crochet et une extrémité de liaison (20), de façon à placer la patte recourbée autour de la partie de connexion (18c) de la piste (12) et laisser l'extrémité de liaison (20) accessible du côté d'une seconde face (17) de l'ébauche, - on pince l'extrémité (19) en forme de patte recourbée autour de la partie de connexion (18c) et on les soude par apport d'énergie électrique, - on surmoule une couche supplémentaire (13).
