Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble pour le ravitaillement en carburant gaz liquéfié d'un navire (1) située sur une étendue d'eau, l'ensemble comprenant : - une canalisation de transfert (6) reliant le navire (1) à une installation de stockage (4) de gaz liquéfié ; - un dispositif flottant de recouvrement (7) comprenant une pluralité d'éléments ininflammables flottants, les éléments ininflammable ayant une densité inférieure à la densité du gaz liquéfié permettant aux éléments ininflammables de flotter au-dessus d'une nappe de gaz liquéfié, les éléments ininflammables étant liés les uns aux autres par un dispositif de maintien, le dispositif flottant de recouvrement (7) possédant des interstices entre les éléments ininflammables configurés pour permettre le passage d'un écoulement de gaz liquéfié au travers du dispositif flottant de recouvrement (7) ; dans lequel le dispositif flottant de recouvrement (7) est situé sur une zone de l'étendue d'eau et en dessous de la canalisation de transfert (6) dans une position d'utilisation afin de réduire le risque d'inflammation d'une nappe de gaz liquéfié résultant d'une fuite de ladite canalisation de transfert (6).
