Abstract

Panneau de construction (1) pour une construction modulaire d'un mur (10), de type panneau sandwich composite comportant une âme centrale isolante intercalée entre une paroi de parement interne (11) et une paroi de parement externe, où ladite âme centrale présente une face interne (21) sur laquelle est solidarisée la paroi de parement interne et une face externe sur laquelle est solidarisée la paroi de parement externe, et dans lequel le panneau de construction présente deux chants longitudinaux opposés prévus pour s'étendre verticalement, et un chant latéral inférieur et un chant latéral supérieur prévus pour s'étendre horizontalement, où la face interne de l'âme centrale présente au moins une saignée longitudinale (23) s'étendant parallèlement aux chants longitudinaux et accessible au niveau du chant latéral supérieur, ladite saignée longitudinale délimitant ainsi avec la paroi de parement interne une goulotte longitudinale destinée au passage d'au moins un câble électrique.
