Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de mise en forme d'une pièce finie comprenant une partie démoulable (2) et une partie de contre-dépouille (3), le procédé comportant les étapes suivantes consistant à : a) disposer un composite thermoplastique entre une matrice et un premier poinçon d'une presse ; b) fermer la presse sur le composite thermoplastique tout en chauffant, par des premiers moyens de chauffage, pour obtenir une pièce intermédiaire contre-dépouillée (19) ; c) démouler la pièce (19) ; d) disposer les parties de contre-dépouille (3) de la pièce (19) sur un outil de reprise (20) comprenant un second poinçon (21) et au moins un élément mobile (22) ; e) déformer les parties de contre-dépouille (3) de la pièce (19) en les prenant en sandwich entre le second poinçon (21) et l'au moins un élément mobile (22) tout en chauffant, par des seconds moyens de chauffage, pour obtenir la pièce finie ; et f) sortir la pièce finie (1) de l'outil de reprise (20).
