Abstract

Le mélangeur domestique comprend un boîtier, dont l'embase (10) loge un moteur commandé (20), qui entraîne une hélice (22) implantée dans une cuvette (16) montée sur l'embase. L'hélice (22) et la cuvette (16) sont montées inclinées d'un angle choisi par rapport à la verticale, ledit angle choisi étant déterminé pour obtenir une retombée désordonnée des aliments propulsés dans la cuve par l'hélice, sans qu'il soit nécessaire de prévoir des obstacles dans la cuve. L'angle choisi est compris entre 10° et 50 °, de préférence entre 20° et 45 °, plus particulièrement d'environ 26 °. L'axe de rotation du moteur (20) étant sensiblement vertical, il est prévu une liaison d'entraînement à angle (30) entre le moteur et l'hélice, comme un joint de cardan, de préférence un double cardan. La cuvette peut contenir deux hélices inclinées (22, 24) superposées et coaxiales, dont l'une (22) est conformée pour une fonction de broyage, et l'autre (24) est conformée pour une fonction de soufflage/ventilation.
