Abstract

L'invention se présente sous la forme d'une table vibrante composée d'une tôle ajourée ou se déplacent les fruits et légumes et permettant l'égouttage et l'évacuation des petit déchets. Les fruits et légumes passe dans un premier temps sous une rampe de lavage équipée de buses de pulvérisation en eau recyclée, puis un second passage sous une rampe de lavage eau en adduction. Le séchage des fruits est légumes se fait en bout de table par des rampes de soufflage de type « rideau d'air » alimentées par une turbine d'air. Ce soufflage permettant de sécher les fruits, et d'éliminer les résidus. L'invention se caractérise principalement par un procédé de recyclage d'eau par principe de filtration d'eau par compartiment. Le dispositif est composé de 5 compartiments : Un compartiment tiroir degrilleur pour la récupération des déchets, un compartiment flottation permettant l'émulsion de la première eau récupérée, un compartiment filtre sable permettant de retenir les bourbes, un compartiment filtre a charbon actif pour la purification de l'eau et un compartiment pompage pour un traitement de l'eau par ozonateur et lampe ultra-violet et renvoi après passage de cette eau traitée dans les rampes de lavage.The invention is in the form of a vibrating table composed of a perforated sheet where the fruits and vegetables move and allowing the draining and the evacuation of small waste.
