L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) d'homogénéisation et de prélèvement d'un liquide, comportant un contenant (2) comprenant une ouverture (3) pour collecter ledit liquide, des moyens (7) de prélèvement du liquide coopérant avec ledit contenant (2) et un élément agitateur (10). Un tel dispositif (1) d'homogénéisation et de prélèvement est destiné à la réalisation d'échantillons liquides homogènes, provenant plus particulièrement d'effluents ou d'eaux usées en vue de futures analyses physico-chimiques.
