Abstract
L'invention concerne un évaporateur (1), notamment pour un circuit de climatisation de véhicule automobile, comprenant un empilement de tubes plats de circulation d'un fluide réfrigérant, les tubes plats formant deux nappes (11, 12) s'étendant dans des plans parallèles et comprenant chacune au moins trois passes de circulation du fluide réfrigérant, les tubes plats délimitant entre eux des passages d'air de manière à refroidir un flux d'air incident (9A) circulant par lesdits passages à travers les nappes successives de l'évaporateur (1). Selon l'invention, la première nappe (11) comprend une passe d'entrée (101) et une passe de sortie (106) du fluide réfrigérant de l'évaporateur (1), lesdites passes d'entrée et de sortie (101, 106) étant adjacentes, les tubes plats formant les passes latérales de l'évaporateur définissant un chemin de circulation du fluide réfrigérant en U, suivant une direction parallèle audit flux d'air incident (9A) à refroidir.
